that still does not answer the question, but that's not a first for you. You still have not shown that Ellis is "unable" to produce the letter. The fact that he has not done so yet proves nothing. Not sure why you have this fixation with NL. All he has done is pass on information that is so general that it makes it meaningless. BTW, here's a little snippet for you. Muir gave King a thumbs up yesterday. Make of that what you will. :fish:

That doesn't answer the question.

My understanding was that sccgers' source was not at the club any more, although I'm sure the source still talks to many people within.
-
I think that the carpark goes to permit holders around 30 minutes before kick-off although there are occasions that it can be less or more. You should be able to get in if you were 45 minutes before ko.
-
Just as well I have my carpark pass.

Having thought about it further, the timing can't be co-incidental and the reason for it must be season tickets. It could be that Ellis is just doing it on SDM's behalf as has previously been speculated or it could be that Ellis is doing it for his own benefit, as he wants as much ST cash in when he buys the club, although the timing of it all and where the ST cash goes should the club be sold is open to question. You would think that Ellis would want to buy the club before the ST cash comes in, or will that be factored into the deal?

For those who don't go onto RM.

Poorest player on the park, in my opinion. Was very nervous and struggled for most of the game.
-
The bears were tremendous. Sang from start to finish. I don't recall many, if any, games where we sang so much. I guess it helped not having the nerves before and during an OF game. Nice to see Penny Arcade getting an airing. Hopefully it'll really catch on. "It's a conspiracy" after every dodgy decision that went against us. Bouncy after the Celtic goal. More of us stayed for their lap of honour. Shame the couldn't sell all their tickets though. Quite a few empty spaces in their end. http://www.photoshelter.com/c/willievass/gallery-img-show/040510-Celtic-v-Rangers/G00002YZe1wkFUps/?&_bqG=39&_bqH=eJxLM62KcArTDc0KKU5xczMu8kz1KE4yDYryqPK1MjW2MjWwsnKP93SxdTcAAqPIqFTD8my30IJitQCQqJq7Z7y7o4.Pa1AkNkUAKPwb3w--&I_ID=I0000b8r92ZuluQk [ame= ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JTfbCxLubo[/ame] We went to party, and we sure did. :robbo:

Any time, mate. I should add that I believe that the statement is just a legal formality, although I'm no expert in this area. The bit that was of most interest to me was: What shares are they referring to? Is that shares owned by Ellis? If so, when did he buy them as I don't see these transactions through on Plus Markets.
-
Correct. No. We don't know what Ellis has bid for. Certainly MIH's holding, but we don't know if it also includes MSL's and/or Murray's personal shares. It is possible that Ellis is only going to buy MIH's shares. I doubt Murray will split up any of the 3 individual holdings (ie he probably won't sell 50% of the shares that MSL hold and keep 50% - it will be an all or nothing), but he may wish to hold onto his own or MSL's.
-
and the RST wonder why Murray allegedly scuppered their talks with Jim McColl.
-
I don't think it is a statement of what is available to buy. It is just listing the directors of RFC and MIH who own or control Rangers shares and what shares they own or control.
-
Who knows? Season ticket sales are certainly one explanation. Another is that Ellis is still reliant on Murray for the deal to go through and is trying to butter up his ego. If it is a genuine offer, I doubt Murray would accept. It's not really his style and he would also be leaving himself open to claims of hypocrisy, given that he wouldn't stay on the board, even as a non-exec, during current times.
-
The big differences are the level of facility that your bank are willing to give you and whether the finance is internal or external.
-
I wouldn't necessarily read too much into Murray being offered the position of Life President. He may not accept and even if he does it smacks of being ceremonial rather than having any real power. Remember when Abramovich took over Chelsea? Ken Bates stayed on as Chairman.....for only 9 months.
-
It's a shame that you allow the press to dictate your view of a Rangers player.

Just wasn't sure if if it was a dig at my advice earlier in the thread. Didn't see why it should be as it was obviously offered in a constructive manner, but it was just in case I was misunderstanding the point that you were trying to make.

Is your first sentence aimed at me?
-
My understanding is that Novo is on less than that.
-
Seems like AJ is saying that nothing has been decided yet as he has not met with the bank, and yet Murray states that there are funds available but doesn't say where these funds are from. I know which of these is most plausible.

Excellent point.

It would have been more effective if it had been concise.
