  1. 200 fans in the stadium already.
  2. It's a stab in the dark by those making it up. They have no idea as to the accuracy of the figures they invent. You are referring to this? It's bullshit. Why would anyone buying Rangers shares become liable for transactions between MIH and Murray Sports? MIH did not lend Rangers £60m. They are owed £60m by MSL. The writer does not have a clue what he's talking about and is a liar. MIH consolidate the results of MSL so it would have no effect on the MIH consolidated accounts. The balance would be heavily provided against in the individual set of accounts so even if MSL become unconsoliated, it would have little effect on the MIH group accounts. The article is shit-stirring at its worst.
  3. And number 7 and 16 on the same chart.
  4. The scare stories are starting again. Someone must be getting ready for a new bid.
  5. Tidser is apparently more of a propect than someone who will be automatically in the first team squad each week.
  6. Sad news. RIP.
  7. Without European football, we make a big loss. Part of our European income went towards meeting the bonuses, and part went towards meeting the other costs of the club, principally wages.
  8. There's been a suggestion it was something to do with Robbie Winters and a diving incident, although don't know the full details.
  9. I don't have a problem with him doing it in general, and love it when he does do it. There have been several times this season when it's been one of our few attacking options, it can be great to see. I just got the feeling that he ended up doing it almost to showboat in the second half, and put his defensive duties to one side to do it at one point, at least. I'm not saying that he shouldn't do it in the future, but there are times and places for it, and he just went overboard with it yesterday IMO.
  10. I felt it was more about him being a big hero, than letting the best person for the job taking the penalty. I'd agtree that he played well, but his selfishness prevented me from giving him the MOTM. I didn't feel that was one of Thomson's better games and Davis has gone off the boil a bit, which is probably the main reason why were are not functioning as well as we were.
  11. Hardly the way to encourage fraternal brotherhood.
  12. I'd give it to Bougherra seemed more interested in himself rather than the team, and I wasn't impressed when he got stuck upfield during a Hearts attack at 1-0 and the way he wanted to take the penalty.
  13. You shouldn't believe everything you read in the press.
  14. I see someone's been reading reading Robert_Curtis on FF. It's not strictly true to say that they only contain one transaction, as its cash balance can change from year to year and it processes any expenses it has during the year, but there's certanly not much ofnote that goes through them. I see thebanker's contributions have mysteriously disappeared from the thread on FF. Oh, and the accounts of MSL are not that difficult to find.
  15. Nothing of any relevance. I haven't seen the latest set of Murray Sports accounts but this article suggests that there is nothing new in them and it has no impact on the club. We still don't know if Ellis is trying to buy the shares owned by Murray Sports but any cash realised from the sale would end with MIH anyway given the loan in place.
  16. Now back from holiday. Not sure why you are quoting MIH 2004 accounts when the 2008 acccounts are available. It is also not true to say that Murray Sports have no recent accounts when their accounts are available for every year. They have not been liquidated and MIH are not their parent.
  17. It's been made clear on numerous occasions so I fail to see what asking the question again achieves.
  18. RANGERS could be looking at the prospect of clinching the SPL title at Ibrox after the post-split fixtures were announced today. It's Hearts at Ibrox on Sunday, April 18 and Rangers could be crowned champions that day if they win at Tannadice on Wednesday night and then defeat the Jambos. Perhaps unexpectedly, Rangers are facing a third trip to Dundee United and will also play Hibs and Celtic away with Motherwell at home on the final day of the season.eat The only caveat is that Rangers might win the title without kicking a ball if the gap is still 13 points over Celtic going into the split games. Celtic host Hibs on Saturday, April 17 and if they lose that game then Rangers will be uncatchable. The final Old Firm game has been scheduled for a Tuesday night - May 4 - with a 7.45pm kick-off. The post split fixtures are - Sunday, April 18, 12.30pm Hearts (h), Sunday, April 25 2.30pm Hibs (a), Saturday May 1 3pm Dundee United (a), Tuesday, May 4 7.45pm Celtic (a). Sunday, May 9 1.30pm Motherwell (h).
  19. I did the same. Hopefully it will be OK.
  20. Keep up the good work, TB. all the best to you and the otehr Nithsdale lads.
  21. A midweek game at their place is crap. Weekend is far better.
  22. I can't believe that most of these 2unknowns" are not already dealt with within the business plan. It would cover scenarios of us being in the CL and not being in the CL, together with the income required and/or available from transfers, and the associated wage budget and season ticket ticket take-up. If MIH was going to go under it would have done so by now, so i don't believe that's a major consideration. Obviously if there are new owners then all bets are potentially off, but if the business plan was as heart-wrenching as they made out then it must contain provisions for these events.
  23. I think some are taking it a bit too seriously. It made me smile, and I was delighted for the big man, despite my reservations about his attitude during the game.
  24. I don't believe that they can legally do that, so what you have heard is incorrect..
