there is an on going investigation by the police. there was no way any judge would make a ruling on the issue before this is finished. personally i cant see this deal being held up in court but it will drag on for a eternity adding another millstone round our necks.

With news that the SFA now deem Craig Whyte unfit to own Rangers the Question has to be asked. Who was responsible for vetting him in the first place? Had they done their job properly last May we wouldnt be in the mess we find our selves now. does the Spl require checks too? when you do purchase a ticket you should be asked if you wish to partake in the ticketus scheme. that is what is being said here. The accounts havent been signed over and if they havent been completed by the 31st of march under uefa rules you cant play in Europe. Im no financial expert but it seems to me that the decision to axe staff has been delayed due to the fact that Collyer Bristow has been caught with 3.6 million of our money. On our hands and fucking knees and that cunt whyte is telling us there is no money. If we didnt know he was a charlatan before we certainly know now. Dont be surprised if more money starts to turn up now that whyte has no where to hide.
