id have smith in the team before whittaker any day of the week. didnt think he was that bad on saturday though i was dissapointed at the amount of oppertunities he turned down to crooss the ball. i would definately keep him and would have no problem giving him a run in the team.

inside the ground. Get everyone to take a red card into the ground and display them when he ref blows for kickoff and at the half time whistle i think its a great idea. It takes little effort making it easy for everyone to join in and will be in full view of the media. thoughts?

That is the question. Its a catch 22. If we all do there is the the distinct possibilty that Mr Muir will take every penny he can get his hands on. If we dont it could see the bank more drastic action to recover its money due to lack of income leaving us on the verge of administration (if you can get any closer!) Every way we lose and have to chose the lesser of two evils. paying the bank ourselves or going to the wire. the choice is yours!

If he does have inside info then maybe hed be better comming out with the whole truth craig instead of the odd oneliner that throws us all into turmoil. two days ago he came away with having to shed more players in the summer and then yesterday hes upped the stakes and hinted that the club is on the verge of closing down. Pretty inconsistent information there. If he does open his mouth again i would like him to have a good think about what he is actually going to say and what points hed like to make and explain why he is making them instead of the ramblings were being fed at the minute. that isnt too much to ask craig.

actually this post was about smiths comments on having to shift players in the summer and the ones he made regarding the bank running the club. Hes throwing spanners around aimlessly causing controversy and giving the mhedia something to write about. We gain absolutely nothing with his comments.

smith would be better keeping his mouth shut. hes caused more bother than good with his comments over the past few months. There is enough negativity surrounding us just now so adding to it does us no favours at all.

Craig im not falling into the trap of thinking we are a good side because Celtic are doing so badly and ive not changed my mind on my opinion of smith as a manager. I base my opinions on the whole time spent as Rangers manager not just the last couple of months. I see little reason to pat the guy who in my eyes has had a very big part to play in our current financial debacle on the back. with the squad we have the quality of football could be so much better but Smith often opts for saftey and cautiousness to the extreme. and when the big games come he shits it. Home CL games and the pityfull pathetic performance at parkhead this season alone are fine games to judge smith in my eyes and he failed in everyone of them. Again the CL. Unirea cost less than 2 million and competed right up to the last game in the CL group so to suggest that we should just accept being there and getting humped is undefendable. as for technical ability, my sons under 8s side shows more technical ability than smiths side half the time. i am delighted to be top of the league mate and i do understand the implications of not winning the league but i will never accept mediocrity in any shape or form when it comes to glasgow Rangers. for the simple reason that i think we could play alot better.

Walter Smith hasnt done anything out of the ordinary this season craig. we have been mediocre bar one month. Our thanks really should go to tony mobray for making a complete arse of it with our inbred cousins from the east side of the city. Not trying to dampen the atmosphere but its the truth. Good fortune and circumstance favour smith again. As for the CL. This seasons campaign was an utter embarrasment yet again under smith and he really has to acknowledge that he is severely out of his depth at this level. Accepting that you are making up the numbers in any competition is not good enough for someone like me who forks out money i can ill afford. If we are going to accept that attitude then the fans may as well not show up for the CL games.
