The fact that he has been forced to acknowledge our discontent in black and white is enough for me. he must have been absolutley gutted having to backtrack and appologise to us. Its a start. Utter rubbish. The club has been living off the blind loyalty of the fans like me who have followed rangers through thick and thin for bloody years now. I should know. against my better judgement i continually fork out year after for a season book knowing full well that what im buying into isnt worth watching. Why do i do that? Because i consider myself to be a Real Rangers fan. Im a genuine get behind the team guy through thick and thin even when everything is against us. But in return i expect some commitment and desire when i watch Rangers. A team that tries to win games by skill cunning and guile. What we are getting is the exact opposite of that. No commitment, no skill or desire and a manager who probably jumps out of his skin and the sight of his own shaddow. Some say we are defensive and cautious. But we are fucking lame and spineless. And that is a standard that should ever be associated with our once great club. We used to be a great club. But were not any more. And we wont get great again till someone upstairs wakes up and smells the coffee in the managers office. Its there the main problem lies. we may not have a right to win every game, but the fans should have the expectation that we will try to win every game. No matter who we play. But all we find is a shell of a team that our expectations think we should have and live in hope of better days. I have lost all hope for Rangers under the present management. And next time round when the season book renewal comes ill be thinking with my head instead of my heart if the gutless cunt is still manager of Rangers. Ive went through a full deck of loyalty cards with Rangers. all i have left is a joker.

Walter Smith has tried every other option othan Novo and boyd and has failed miserably. and next time round it will be the same players making the same mistakes with the forementioned warming the bench.

I firmly believe that Smiths tactics have devalued and dragged the players down. To the point that they dont know how to play anymore. All they had to do was sit on the edge of the box and hope a break for two seasons. Theyve had the footballing life drained out of them.

I am angry. Infact i am absolutely Raging. I am also close to tears. I cannot bear to watch our team disintigrate the way it is at present. We cannot pass........... (just fill in the blanks for your self). There is absolutely nothing positive to say about our team. Some may say that its down to lack of investment, but that cant be true. Dan petrescu, a manger with very little experience turned up tonight with a team of nobodies, no European pedigree and very little financial backing and dished out yet another footballing lesson to Walter Smith. Even SPL clubs embarass us with their general gameplay(see Jim gannon and his bunch of school kids). Unfortunately this is something we have become accustomed to over his second tenure. There is a real lack of direction off the park at the moment and it seems to be overshaddowing the real lack of direction on it. There is a real crisis going on team wise and it has to be addressed. We either cant play football or are just very bad at it. I havent decided which yet. no basic ball skills no vision etc, you know the script. But the thing that i do know is that we have a manager who is vastly overrated. Hes not very good at all. Tactically inept and void of any imagination. I think its time for Walter to realise that his time as manager has come to an end. he is dragging us down.

I am writing to you to vent my utter disgust at the comments of Mr Graham Speirs regarding Rangers fantastic guesture in giving 1200 tickets to members of the armed forces for the forth comming CL game next tuesday. To dismiss the guesture by ranting that "The main reason Rangers are selling these returned tickets is because there will be empty seats if they don't" I would like to point out to Mr Speirs that The tickets are infact free and are a gift to the servicemen for their services to everyone in this country. Mr Speirs callous remarks are nothing new to those who support Rangers. But he has managed to reach a new low this time round in yet another attempt to slander the name of Rangers Football Club by disrepecting those who defend and serve our country so well. It is a disgrace that you should give this cretin a platform to utter such ramblings. It was not long ago that your very own Mr keevins dismissed the debate on the famine song with the statement that "The irish are a proud people" I can assure you sir that the Scottish and indeed the british are a proud people and do not take kindly to Mr Speirs ilk or to those who give a platform to those of his kind. I for one will never listen to your show again your show is a damned disgrace sir. I hope you all do the same.

I am emailing snyde to inform them of my disgust at speirs comments and that i will never listen to their station again. It is a smear and a slur against so many who serve our country so well. I strongly urge everyone to do the same.

I pulled 30 quid out of the air. But assuming that they did charge that you could also through in the loss of merchandise sales too. 10, 000 hot dogs and coke at 4.80 a shout, possible sales at the Rangers shop etc. And the effect of playing to a full crowd too. that was the biggest loss.
