Totally agree Craig. Even then, when he was suddenly overwhelmed with passion to win, the stupid idiot goes and deliberately pushes an opposition coach on the sideline. As much as I thought it was funny, especially after the push when he pretended to throw the ball at Lennon's face, Fergie could easily have been sent off for that at a time when we were still capable of equalizing.

I take it that you're not counting all his defense splitting passes & assists for goals? We've scored at least 75 goals this season so far & Mendes has been involved in a lot of those.

Fergie was barely out of nappies back then Cammy. Having Fergie as captain was probably like having him as a team mascot. Seriously though, he was a much better player back then & didn't continually berate his teammates whilst having plenty faults of his own.

Aye, but we never tried to get 'It's A Grand Old Team' criminalized Cammy. There's a big difference & them singing a version of TBB is well out of order. It's f*cking doing my head in that they're gonna get away with it as well & they know it!! Twats.

If there is a game it was before Fergie came back in. Anyway, name ME a game where ANY of our players have been 'outstanding' for the ENTIRE 90 mins!!! That's just not fair at all mate. There's been several games this season where Mendes has won the Sportsound MOTM & Dodsy has been raving about how he was a different class.

I'm not saying it's all Barry's fault Cammy, but Mendes isn't the first midfielder that's been impressive for us, only to fade out of the picture when Fergie came back in. As for Thomson, even he was a better player when Fergie was out injured & he was in the middle with Mendes. That's no coincidence in my book.

WTF is all that about? The mhanks get our song taken away from us with their whining & weaseling about sectarianism & adopt the song themselves for when they beat us. Now it's got new incredibly witty lyrics - "HA HA, HA HA, HAHA HAHA HAHA". The cheeky bheggars were probably even calling up the phone-ins to complain about Gers fans singing TBB. Arseholes.... Can't agree with that at all mate. Where were the 'defense'..??? None of them were anywhere near that ball when knacker whipped it in, that's for fookin' sure. Shocking is the only word that comes to mind. I personally think that Davis had a better all round game than Mendes or Fergie yesterday. I'm convinced that Mendes is a shadow of the player he was before Fergie came back in. When Pedro was running the midfield he was a different class. Now with Barry in there with him he seems to have adopted Barry's negative brand of controlling midfield - scared to death of taking on a couple of players & just constantly passing back or sideways at best most of the time. Both of them DO occasionally play a quality defense-splitting pass, but those are too few to be worth mentioning.

Shame for boogie & we'll miss him for this one. I'm a bit worried about LM playing there, as he's quite likely to give away a penalty to one of there diving specialists. He's also 100% certain to get at least 1 booking. Having said that, LM or CD are probably just as good as either of their central defenders.

Now that, I can agree with maineflyer. These things are intrinsically interwoven. At the end of the day, it's no big surprise to me that ANY freedoms are being lost in this almighty 'kingdom'. We've all been losing freedoms for years now, so much so, that it's starting to look like the loss of freedom is on an exponential curve. Orwell anyone? I tend to agree, but in some ways, that also sounds like most other countries in the world. It's quite difficult to nail down somewhere that would be a better place to live if you aren't taking the weather into consideration. Unfortunately, I think you're right.
