All aboard the Offended Bus ââ?¬â?? International Edition
Zappa replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Agree with every word Frankie.. except that you see only cowards. There's a lot more to it than that. We should all know fine well what the current situation is in this country, but the 'opinion' polls are not fair game. It should be the jobs of the leaders around the country to disregard biased opinion polls & make the appropriate decisions where necessary. -
Must be part of the camphaign.

I'd have given the armband to Davis or Mendes while Thomson is out, but good luck anyway to the new captain. Bring the team together in tough times & win us this spl title...

Breaking News: Ferguson Transfer Listed and McGregor suspended
Zappa replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Have to agree that they should have stayed in Holland. Either way, I don't see there being a problem with the players having a sesh after it was sanctioned. Burley might be a muppet, but he's not THAT daft, so he would have known the lads would be up till all hours shooting the shit & trying to have a laugh. The whole things just been blown way out of proportion by a mhedia that thinks Scottish people are generally stupid enough to want to read 25 pages in a paper about J. Goody kicking the bucket. Like Craig said, you'd think there would be more important news to report... and indeed there IS, but apparently we're either not fit to hear it or just all daft enough to accept what's served up for us! -
Sun reporters & editors are whores. I wouldn't even take a sookie off one if she was fit as fook. Ok, slight exaggeration...

Breaking News: Ferguson Transfer Listed and McGregor suspended

I don't condone the players actions in the slightest, but this definitely stinks of over-reaction in my opinion. Burley says Fergie is still Scotland captain despite having dropped him to the bench > SFA bosses re-evaluate after an inevitable torrent of complaints & media vultures swarming on the issue like flies round a cow pat > SFA decide they are 'forced' to take a firm stance > RFC capitulate to media & to a lesser extent SFA pressure & their own annoyance at the players' actions by taking further actions... this is a little snowball that turned into an avalanche imo! How many players & managers regularly get away with showing the fingers to opposition fans in front of the mhedia? I don't condone doing that, but you can't have one rule, set of guidelines & recorded disciplinary action for players & managers in Scotland & something different when it comes to rangers. I smell a cow pat with mhedia swarming around it. -
Interesting that he used the word 'Standards' three times.......
-
Is that blogged or blagged?

My POTY vote goes to Davie Weir despite some of the clangers he's made. To still be performing to such a high standard at his age is absolutely outstanding imo. Ok, he's got his faults like everyone, but his overall performance this season has been excellent.

Have to agree with that Norris. Personally, I think he's a disgrace to Scottish football. He honestly sounded like he felt like crying in the post match interview yesterday. Gers manager material? You've got to be fooking having a laugh.

Herald: Former Conservative Leader Sees Through Sectarianism Sham
Zappa replied to Wija's topic in Rangers Chat
Tory & Labour are both the same entity despite what they'd have you believe. Blue vs Red is a mind game that we need to overcome. The Tories were shit for the country, Labour were shit for the country, sorry, but please name a government that was 'GOOD' for the country.... oh, no.sorry.... Kingdom. -

ROFL. Thatcher? You must be joking. '75 was a bad year. I remember thinking at the age of 2... "this muppet will mobilize our armed forces for no worthwhile reason other than colonialism" :fish: -
Thanks for the heads up Frankie!!

Interesting article!! It'd be good to follow whether it leads to anything remotely going in the right direction officially. -
Where there's a ying, there's a yang.

It sure is mate.

We should really have won it last year to be fair Frankie & I still believe we can win it this year. Dumping Hearts aside at the weekend is the starting point.

You don't need mind bending beverages to see a situation for what it is Norris.

This is how I see our financial predicament Craig:- Win the SPL title 3 out of 4 including this season, whilst being more thrifty than we have been of late & the debt will be all but gone. Lets not kid ourselves here. The pendulum is only moored in the green half of the city because they've been winning titles. The pendulum is going to be dislodged & swing back our way as soon as we start winning the SPL again... no doubt. Winning streaks always come to an end. As long as we can survive until theirs comes to end, we're not going anywhere in a hurry.
