Have already corrected the German page, asked the English site's admin too. He said that the site is locked till July 27th and some reason has been brought back onto it.

That is the Regan guy with these naughty twitter favourites, right? Anyway, if they do this, Rangers should sue them ... and, for the time being, threatening to do this. After all, we are the victims in a fraud case, not the culprits.

Giovanni Di Stefano - To buy Rangers FC PLC?
der Berliner replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
The Rangers Football Club plc never played a game nor won a match. Rangers FC did. -
BTW, if these player were so keen not to move to Rangers new coporate entity* and knew about the option, I assume they knew what was going to happen in the first place - should the CVA fail. Thus, one can safely assume that they knew that their contracts would be transferred to the newco by default, unless they object in a certain manner. * I like those words.

New SFA, SPL & SFL proposals for Rangers leaked

I laughed ... but only after a while. -

Annan not swayed over Rangers in Division One
der Berliner replied to Steve1872's topic in Rangers Chat
Obviously, we should not forget here that Annan will play Rangers 4 times per season in Division 3 to make up for any loss from the SPL deal. -
More recently, it was assumed that Rangers had running costs of approx. 1m per month. Green said at the meeting that he has 3m in the bank and a fixed additional sum of 2.5m coming in till the end of July. Thus, he could have the club running at least for 3 or 4 months, should everything dry up. The point with regards to season tickets is - regardless what some people think about Brown and his possible influence on the sale - that people will not renew until they know where we are playing and whether the prices remain the same in e.g. Division 3. Once we know our league and e.g. McCoist gives out a message to renew, enough level-headed people will do this. For I assume that there are more people concerned about the existence of Rangers FC than there are those squabbling about who is at the top right now.

Yeah. Still that 1% chance that there might be something in it (and di Stefano getting someone over the SFA will sure be a bit of satsifaction to him) is enough to wet some people's trousers round Pacific Quay et al. -
The RST put out a neat picture today ...

Charles Green consortium â??put £50m sale priceâ?? on club
der Berliner replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
... but don't let facts get in the way of a cool story! Sure creates another stir amongst the paranoid, next-to-hysteria masses (on certain boads, at least). -
Someone on FF found Regan's latest "Favourite Tweet". How this man can stand on the head of anything that decides on Rangers FC is beyond reason.

Had signed what?

der Berliner replied to the gunslinger's topic in Rangers Chat
If we did not terminate our membership back then, some Scottish journos will find to way to pull us another leg, inventing something about double membership et al. But Di Stefano is invited to come back with these Middle East investors of his. If they eat up the plc's debts, the whole farce about our membership trials would suddenly become quite "funny", or "not so funny", if you were Regan, Doncaster and all those goblins who tried their hands in playing gods. -
Sometimes some comments by the support make you wonder. You want participation with the club? The normal way to do it in Britain is by becoming a shareholder. A few thousand people are shareholders in Rangers FC plc (me included), even though they essentially had no "voice" due to the fact that Whyte or SDM held 75+% of the shares. Now, Green says that no-one will own more than 15%*, so there is a more even split and is doing what he said he would, people come up claiming this will be done by him to rake in money for his ill-fated attempt to get the club running. What, if I may ask, was any share-issue or -selling in the past good for? A good feeling? No. It was to make money to either have the club on a sure footing or to reduce debts. So methinks some folk should get their tainted glasses off and try to stay objective. Without a share issue, a membership scheme, and/or decent season ticket sales, a club of our stature is bound to have problems. No matter how many and how wealthy backers there are. Of course, why people would give Green flak for not coming up with some of the wealthy backers he may have promised is another "interesting" point. For either you can have fan involvement at a grander scale than ever, or you have a handful of people running the club with nigh no fan involvement. *Blue Pitch (?) Holdings have 23% now, but that 15% statement was pre-CVA and the newco-scenario changed the pot quite a bit. Thus, the money invested by BPH was still invested while the number of potential backers became smaller at the time, hence their current stake is greater than proposed by Green pre-CVA. That can be changed though. Just in case.

Rangers members of the English FA ... a wee while back
der Berliner replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
Now fasten your seatbells, di Stefano has inded written to the English FA sayning that a) Rangers were a member before they were incorporated, b) they may never have lost the membership, d) may still have a right to play in the English FA's league, and e) that he actually has Middle East people willing to buy RAngers Football Club plc (in administration) with all liabilities et al. As in: Rangers FC could play in England, while Rangers Football Club plc may actually continue and the share in SPL et al is not withdrawn. Or something to this end. Two Rangers then. Page one of this letter Page two of this letter Page three of this letter As ludicrous as it sounds, just for the fun of it, imagine the faces of the SFA/SPL people reading this! -
Of those walking, McGregor IIRC was the only one who actually called back and spoke to Ally. So far, he hasn't signed for anyone, as is the case with Aluko, who's a freebie anyway. I would love for him to sign up again. Novo would sure help us, no matter where we would play. IMHO, Black, Beattie and Novo would be a good start of rebuilding a team for the SFL. Methinks even Boumsong said he would come back to help.
-
IMHO, if the clubs signing Lafferty, Naismith, and Davis had any decency, they would simply pay the small fee that was written in their contracts and be done with it. It's not that they couldn't afford it. A loss to us, but at least they acknowledge the circumstances and do not appear as leeches. I wonder how we would have done this - the Whyte era does not count.

More annoying than such scribblings is that of the well-respected BBC these days, spitefully and mockingly make it a fact that the "Rangers newco" is no longer "Rangers" ... In time, Green should tell these BBC idiots where to buy their tickets. Gleeful tossers to the core.

Methinks I said it before: I do not "hate" them. I solely have utter contempt for them now. The hate line was in that quote from an Irish reporter commenting on his feelings about them.

Slight case of suffering from the symptoms of verbal diarrhea. I think I will leave it up to an Irish journalist Ian O'Doherty ,who wrote in the Irish Independent in Dublin to describe Celtic fans: "Second only to Scousers, Celtic fans carry more chips on their shoulders than a branch of McDonald's. Quick to express to any sense of offence, they exhibit a sense of entitlement that would make a Cork man blush with shame. An still they wonder why we hate them."

Rangers members of the English FA ... a wee while back
der Berliner replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
... if people had a reason to look, surely. If not, who knows. In essence, it just throws another cat amongst the pigions of the SPL/SFA.
