  1. yes, but we do not who all these names are. We've never known who owned us. The all singing all dancing I'm in for a quick killing professional Yorkshireman was only ever a front. Even he never lied about that (well, until the spotlight went to his head) . We don't know who Blue Pitch, Atremis etc actually are, we don't know who owns what, we don't know about Ticketus's real involvement. Just about the only thing we know is that nothing we've been told ever turns out to be true - the "no person will own more than 10%" is just as likely to be yet another Green lie. It's the kind of thing Whyte would tell him to say. You could even make it true, - "get two brothers to split 19.9999% between them. Chuck me old mucker - you ain't even lying. cackle cackle"..."add Imran's and me other pals like Zeus and Ticketus's hidden stakes and BOOM 515 and a lot more........."
  2. I think Artemis is Easdales and Blue Pitch someone else, I think Blue Pitch connects to/with/is "the gentleman" that Brian Kennedy knows but won't reveal the name of. (Which alone is highly worrying)
  3. I seem to remember blog after blog from Leggo praising Whyte to the skies and calling him Rangers' saviour and a master poker player who would smite our enemies. As with so very many of his rants over the years "he was Wrong". Why doesn't he blare out his "misses" as well as his (supposed) "hits"? Some may say it is because the negative ratio would be so embarrassing that even the Retard or Schum couldn't compete, I can't possibly comment. Remember - he loved Whyte, so how could such an eagle-eyed experienced veteran of the ol' inky trade miss that he was, in fact: "a conman, shyster, a liar a thief, a lowlife guttersnipe, a slug and a piece of dog excrement." Another interesting thing would be a list of Leggo's promises - promised actions (Phil's arrest), promised events and promised follow up articles exposing folk (too many to list though none ever seem to have quite been there when one followed orders to "tune in" next day).......... and a "list" of how many were kept.
  4. I couldn't agree more. If you do have expertise in any area, you are shocked when something like Panorama actually covers it and have been from way before they started messing up RFC. the misrepresentations, incompetence, and downright lies are breath-taking. I've been ranting to friends and families for years re the BBC's shortcomings and the kind of institution they are. No-one believed me until recently.
  5. Agreed! I know it sounds odd but I do generally agree. However, I just was (am) worried that we are still spending more than we earn and have wage bill astronomically bigger than anyone has or will ever ever have for where we find ourselves and yet are still desperate for signings. It is Stenhousemuir and co we are facing, after all.
  6. Oh yeah, that's really what I said. Not. I was talking about the league we are in and the quality we have already in our squad - we should be able to walk it. As a club, our "buy" rather than "build" mentality surely to God has to change now after all we have been through?
  7. For the division we are going into, we really shouldn't need to. We have a number of international players, a number of players with top flight and even European experience (which of our rivals can say so?) We are in one of the lowest standard professional leagues that exist, our opponents will be on peanuts, playing as a hobby. The experienced pros we have should be guiding the promising youngsters into their careers.
  8. It would be comforting to know for sure, though
  9. Don't you see Gasporrotto getting quite a few games, Frankie? If he is stuck in the reserves for a season then he won't develop.
  10. Meanwhile, the Express is going with the following: Ally McCoist must work in bargain basement RANGERS boss Ally McCoist has been told he can bring in eight new faces in September – on the cheap. McCoist has held a series of meetings with interim chief executive Craig Mather to thrash out his player budget, but money is tight. With the club losing £1million a month there will be no big-money arrivals in Govan for the foreseeable future, so the manager knows he will have to do some wheeling and dealing in the transfer market. McCoist, above, will be forced to cut costs by ditching big earners such as Doran Goian and Carlos Bocanegra, while other squad players including Sebastien Faure and Anestis Argyriou could find themselves surplus to requirements. The days of the likes of Emilson Cribari, Ian Black and Dean Shiels arriving on big money are over. Rangers will not be able to register any new faces until their SFA transfer embargo ends on September 1, but a pre-contract deal has already been agreed with Kilmarnock keeper Cammy Bell. Now McCoist plans to bring in another eight players to strengthen the Light Blues’ challenge in the Second Division and the three domestic cup competitions. The Gers boss has already made approaches to Motherwell midfielder Nicky Law, Honduran international Arnold Peralta, Dundee United captain Jon Daly and Queen of the South’s top scorer Nicky Clark.
  11. Yes, me too, Zappa though I still worry about that Judge's eviscerating diatribe on his character. Something you can be sure would be quoted endlessly by our numerous and voluble enemies. Maybe the Judge was corrupt too? (He asks in a small, hopeful voice....) Whatever, King is the only viable player in this that has the money and is a fan. The only one that we know of, at least, that seems interested.
  12. There was mention of King aiming to do this, a couple of weeks back in a mainstream paper, soon after the Easdale story broke (Gherald or Scotsman most like...or Mail). That article had a few quotes from King so he may have told them that himself. Either way Leggo is only repeating something that has already been said so he'll not have annoyed King.
  13. From the Gherald: A new audio recording has emerged of what appears to be a further discussion between former Rangers owner Craig Whyte and Charles Green. The clip apparently features Mr Green, who quit as chief executive after claims about his business associations with Mr Whyte, talking about a deal for the club. It follows the release of several other recordings of the two men. In an apparent briefing to Mr Whyte, Mr Green says: "You had to make a decision and on the basis of what you heard from Blue Knights, Miller and with respect to you Brian, this is a seriously different deal. So you've backed it." The clip's source or origin and the date it was made is unclear from the recording. The identity of Brian is not known. Mr Whyte has claimed that he formed his own consortium when Rangers went into liquidation, making Charles Green the face of the bid to buy the stricken club. Mr Green denies this. Meanwhile, chairman Malcolm Murray suffered a vote of no confidence amid claims he leaked sensitive information about the club, it has emerged. From FF: -------------------------------------------------------------- Tape released today. https://soundcloud.com/charlotteandthefakes/cg1 Transcript CG: That you´ve, you´ve, you´ve had to make a decision and their story is so compelling, I´ve convinced you Now, I might have conned you fecking stupid, might have conned you stupid but you had to make a decision didn´t you ? CW: Yep, yep that´s right CG: and on the basis of what you heard Blue Knights, Miller with respect with you Brian This is a fecking seriously different deal CW: Yes, that´s right CG: So you´ve backed it CW: Yeah Brian knows, he.......... ---------------------------------------------------------------
  14. Article follows, as ever, it seems, with articles about us it raises more hypocrisy and questions. It is a leaked story about the naughtiness of leaked stories! Puzzlingly, the SFA enter the discussion. Why and how would the SFA be involved re our board meetings/leaks? what are they working on and with whom that they'd be concerned re Malcolm Murray speaking. The bit slipped in re "a few drinks" makes it look like there's a personal agenda going on here too. But, for what it is worth: --- "BOMBSHELL documents show how outraged Rangers directors accused chairman Malcolm Murray of spilling sensitive information on the club. The Scottish Sun has seen a copy of explosive minutes from the board showdown at Murray Park where Gers power-brokers voted to sideline him. They reveal how Murray, 58, was confronted with claims he leaked secrets to ex-director Paul Murray, as well as updates on an internal probe into Ibrox affairs. The papers also say hotel staff and guests overheard private club business when he used his speakerphone to listen to voicemails. And they suggest board members learned of alleged leaks to newsmen thanks to a tip-off from fans — and the SFA. Last night a source said: “The majority of the board want him gone. He is clinging on but it is only a matter of time.” Ibrox chiefs told non-executive director Murray he was facing the axe during the crunch talks at the club’s training base last Monday. The minutes said: “Given the concerns about confidentiality, credibility and professional conduct and the impact on regulators, a motion was proposed to remove Malcolm from the position of chairman and as director of the company following the completion of the investigation. “It was decided that Malcolm should not attend to any duties in the meantime and would not be involved in the direction or detail of the investigation. “The resolution was passed by a majority of shareholders.” Board members are seething over claims sensitive details were given to former director Paul Murray, 48, who twice failed to snap up the Third Division champs with his Blue Knights consortium. Gers director Ian Hart, 68, reported receiving info from supporters about secrets being spilled. And it was claimed Murray leaked a story to the Press because he wasn’t allowed on the podium for the club’s title celebrations with the players and boss Ally McCoist. Murray also had to deny he was plotting to get rid of £200,000-a-year finance director Brian Stockbridge, 39. And bosses claim hotel staff heard chat about another colleague’s salary while Murray listened to voicemails on his mobile loudspeaker in front of strangers at breakfast. The minutes seen by The Scottish Sun said: “The SFA mentioned to the acting chief executive (Craig Mather) that the Rangers board situation needed addressing as the SFA understood information was leaking from the chairman. “Staff reported Malcolm had been revealing details of the investigation following some drinks at the player of the year awards. “Ian Hart reported he had received communications from fans alleging Malcolm had breached confidentiality by speaking to Paul Murray and also revealing detail about the investigation. “The acting chief executive reported that the staff at the hotel where he and Malcolm had stayed knew intimate details about the acting chief executive’s remuneration discussions because Malcolm had discussed it. “In addition, staff had heard Malcolm listening to voicemails on speakerphone while at the public breakfast table.” Murray has now been told to take a back seat from his duties until the probe into the club is complete. Departed chief executive Charles Green, 59, brought Murray to the Govan outfit last June when he completed his £5.5million takeover. Murray, of Ayrshire, who has a fund management background, has little to do with the day-to-day running of the club. But there have been reports of a rift between him and Green — and this was confirmed at the angry summit. It was revealed Green had given him one month’s notice in February — but this was withdrawn when Murray agreed to QUIT. Last week’s meeting was attended by Hart, who chaired it, club legend Walter Smith, 65, Stockbridge and Mather, 42. Murray, Green and non-executive director Bryan Smart, 61, took part via video-link or telephone. Green was involved because he’s still a director until the end of this month. But Phil Cartmell, 62 — also a non-executive director — did not attend. Last night an insider said: “The majority of the board want Murray out. Some of them — including Walter — feel a bit sorry for him. It’s pretty much agreed by everyone that he is not suited to be Rangers chairman any more. It is a pity as he IS a real Rangers supporter — but there is no turning the tide for him now.” If Murray walks he will be the THIRD high-level board member to leave in the past few weeks. Green quit after we exposed links with shamed ex-owner Craig Whyte. And he felt the heat for calling sidekick Imran Ahmad his ‘Paki friend’. Commercial chief Ahmad, 43, left a couple of weeks later. Last night a Rangers spokesman said: “The chairman continues to serve the club as chairman. We will not comment on speculation.” Murray did not respond to requests for comment."
  15. As I said, he was responsible for selling to someone he was warned would not pay bills. That seems a relevant connection; not sure why you are so on top of me for stating this - its hardly a stretch or going off topic, just drawing an inference to a preceding and contributory action. Were I to have started another thread: "Why did SDM sell to someone who was infamous for not paying bills, thus leading to the non-payment of NI/PAYE by said person", I think people would have asked why I started another thread instead of replying in the thread already ongoing . Given most forum threads I read stray very, very far from the exact wording (indeed often the very topics) they start from, I'm puzzled that I seem to have upset you here.
  16. Because he was warned by many and by his own "advisory board" not to sell to Whyte as Whyte was a chancer with a record of not paying bills. So the non-paying of bills we are discussing is directly traceable to SDM's decision.
  17. And at the Mint for passing to the feet of Whyte
  18. Traynor says that he and Jackson told them back in October, iirc
  19. Which would mean they are stalking horses with a bit of a football background, an interest and tons of publicity for their efforts? Sorry if this is naive...just assuming that is what is being hinted at
  20. I have said before that, when the news about them buying from Green broke first time around, Artemis were mentioned as their "cover". I am not young (= I am an old git) and so my memory is poor but I really don't think I'd have falsely remembered that.
  21. The sad thing for me, and I very much suspect I am not alone, is that I feel the same towards everyone involved = a dark, burning hatred and desire for revenge. The rational side of me worries that my targets may be too disparate to all be deserving....but then all the evidence points to them all hating and cheating us, so I go back to my state of vengeful hate. It's not right, nor healthy.........but it is undeniable
  22. "Not guilty" of what. He has admitted he lied about Whyte's involvement repeatedly, that if we had got a CVA Whyte would have owned us again Thanks to his chicanery and that he had stitched up the takeover with D+P as early as Feb 2012. There is a lot of self-admitted guilt already. But no doubt it will relieve many of Delloite find Delloite "not guilty".
  23. Thanks, Rab. I read a year ago that, although it was mentioned, it was stipulated that it was ultimately the club' s responsibility. If that is not the case, good. Even what you quote, though, does not say they have to do anything, just that they reserve the right to. If they chose not to exercise that right it is not something we can sue them for. Whyte's takeover and D+P's actions being criminal on the other hand would open lots of avenues. ...not that I think there is anyone at Ibrox thinking of pursuing recompense.
  24. Yes, it's not as though they think joking about liking rape is amusing. That really would be shameless.... and not allowed to remain on a forum one would like to think.
  25. And has been...... Not very reassuring news, all the same
