    As good as say, Commons? No chance. An SPL plodder and I don't really recall him giving our midfield the run around. The only Hearts player I can recall us giving the run around on any occasion was Templeton and that was as much down to Whittaker's inadequacy. Maybe you mean he kicked our players all over the park? PS - I've already said this on here recently but if you find yourself in the SPL at 26 having never played in England or the OF then rarely will you be up to much. Bar the odd exception like Weir. One more thing, the likes of Black and Daly are our better players but if we hope to play them in the long term then we better get used to doings from the tims and gutter in the Europa. They are the equivalent of middle of the road third teir English players.

    I was on holiday when we played that game in Lake Garda. Couldn't find the game anywhere and the hotel had shite internet. I do recall Kaka scoring a peach v Fenerbache that night though. That game was pretty much Fergusons only good game in his second stint with us! (I watched the game when I got home)

    McCann's cross for Lovenkrands goal is one of the most mental reactions I have ever had to a football match. Novo against Fiorentina stands out too. Along with every CL and timmy goal. As a rule of thumb, I completely lose my shit whenever we score in the CL, however rare it is. Gio v Monaco, Albertz v Bayern etc. Lovenkrands v Stuttgart - I went bezerk then. I really want these days back. This league is killing me.

    I love a bit of trolling but never do it to fellow bears when discussing Rangers. Which is ironic because I always used to get banned from FF and RM for the past 10 or so years because they said I was a troll. I wasn't - I am just a miserable cunt depressed with the way we are run! Funnily enough most people are of a similar mindset to myself now. What I have been prophesying for the past 10 years has finally rammed home.

    Please don't ban Ryan. He was a decent poster on RM. He will learn! Ryan - This is the only Rangers forum I'm aware of where you get decent discussion and don't get banned for no reason! You basically have FF which is a joke, RM which pride themselves on fairness but will ban you for no reason, dothebouncy which is the CBEEBIES of Rangers forums and then here which is a fine, well balanced place....

    The players that left us did so without a moments hesitation. The players that stayed generally didn't have much better options on the table. C'est la vie. I think the only player that stayed who could have got a decent move was Wallace and he stayed for family reasons. Even still, I doubt he would have got a premiership move. I wouldn't be adverse to having McGregor back in goals because he is by far the best we are going to get in the next few years and I would rather have Naismith in attack than Jon Daly. Whittaker and Lafferty are shite. Davis isn't anything special. We've seen some heroic moves in similar situations on the continent like Buffon, Del Piero, Nedved etc staying at Juventus, Di Livio at Fiorentina and Etxeberria playing for nothing to help Bilbao springs to mind. Unfortunately I don't think there was any such tales of heroism in our situation.

    If you really need to be told why Daly and Boyd would be an absolutely horrific partnership then you know absolutely nothing about football.

    Daly is playing 2 divisions below, for the best team in the league. It is completely incomparable. Boyd is limited but still scored the most goals in SPL history. Daly is doing a job at this level and probably the next division but I want him nowhere near the club when in the SPFL. Boyd I wouldn't mind having.
