What utter nonsense. Scotland does not have bodies similar to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) or the City of London Police Economic Crime Directorate (which acts as the lead force for fraud in England and Wales). However, serious and complex frauds are investigated under the direction of the Crown Office’s Economic Crime Unit, which is part of the Serious Organised Crime Division.

What a strange justification of a spurious allegation, as you have already been informed the SFO has no remit in Scotland and can act only by invitation, IPO's as you also have been informed are nowhere near as low as McColl claimed his 5% might just cover insurances and a lot nearer 12.5%, the fact that you in your belligerent way dismiss anything that doesn't suit is well exposed here.

No what I mean is do you have any concrete evidence, if so can you or others corroborate this conversation for all Rangers fans.

I can't deny that which I have no knowledge of until it is confirmed or not, I also don't deny that Leggo is subject to an ongoing investigation by police where he identified a fan in his blog who has since been along with his wife subject to menacing phone calls.

I believe Leggo is involved in an ongoing case where he printed the identity of a Rangers fan who subsequently received threats as did his wife, the correct procedure was followed and the victim reported matters to the Police who are investigating Leggo's part in the the matter. Perhaps Leggo who is alleging he is aware of a similar crime should report it to the Police as should the others allegedly present at this secret meeting, it is after all their public duty to all Rangers fans and the public in general to do so in the interests of justice.

It has all gone rather pear shaped for the requisitioners, perhaps they shall conjure a miracle on the 19th though I wouldn't lay odds on it. McColl saying he regretted getting so involved is surely the coup de grace. -

What is there to read, the SFO cannot operate in Scotland without the permission of the Lord Advocate/Crown Office they are impotent otherwise. Disturbingly there are those who pray for any such damaging stories about club officials or the club to be true.
