  1. Caldwell had already been booked and then appeared to go up with his elbow. Penalty would have been soft
  2. Well deserved I would have to say. Lets hope he gets the winner at Parkhead next week to celebrate
  3. Have to admit I'm not a fan of Eboue's but the treatment he got was well out of order! The other thing is he didn't cost his side a goal, then you might have been able to slightly condone it/ Poor show from the Arse Fans
  4. I didn't see the point a few weeks back in dropping McGregor for a couple of games for Alexander. I reckon Alexander deserves a run in the team. He hasn't let us down in the past and covered well enough for McG when he was out last season
  5. Is that Scott McDonald in disguise
  6. I remember RDB missing that pen right enough. Caniggia and Konterman both hit the bar with there ones in the shootout and Pochettino missed the vital one to send us through:rfc:
  7. Exciting is one word for it Craig right enough - remember Big Amo's also in there! Tell you what though I would take all three in the current team! I've never been so nervous for a game as I was for that 2nd leg in Paris. I remember pacing the floor when the penalties were getting taken. Still remember <Mendy I think it was giving our fans a wee wave when they were winning. GIRUY Mendy when we got through Looking at our team back there though for both legs - we had some real quality throughout the team. Changed days indeed
  8. I go along with the guys looking forward to Naismith returning. He's not really had an extended run in the team since he joined us. I can't say I have ever been Burke's biggest admirer and wouldn't exactly shed a tear if he departs in January. Too soft really I think
  9. Liverpool were poor tbh JonC. If they can't beat Fulham and W Ham at home they won't win the League IMO. However as you say they are currently sitting top so I wouldn't go writing them off yet
  10. It was a cracking game. How stupid was Mcpail with the 2nd booking too. I think Cardiff would have won if he had stayed on the park. Swanseas 2nd was a cracker too
  11. Started only once and out with yet another injury
  12. Sunderland were 1-0 up too. Sunderland could go down with home form like that. What a shame that would be for Mr Keane:box:
  13. Our players should give their wages back
  14. End of the season - aye not at the moment though. Although a few more performances like today and I think we could change
  15. Barry was awful today along with Mendes. In their defence though everytime Weir or Bougherra got the ball they just launched it up to the front 2. The whole team need to have a long hard look at themselves. We better watch our backs too because Hearts are only 7 behind us after that win. How they couldn't do that to Celtic when they were there though annoys me
  16. I think Berra would be a good signing. Also Wallace - I know he was daft getting sent off but I'd rather have him at left back than bloody Whittaker
  17. How did this guy stay on the park for 90 minutes though. Novo sitting on the bench and the likes of Lafferty Adam and Darcheville are in before him:mad: Also thought there should have been changes at half time because we could all see we were getting nowhere fast. One shot on target is an absolute embarrassment. Half of that shower need emptied. Surely we've got better kids that could come in than half of those imposters:throwpc:
  18. It was an absolutely cracking game and Portsmouth were very unlucky. Cracking free kick from Ronaldinho but don't think it should have been awarded in the first place.
  19. Sad news indeed. Steve Davis is the same age as me(24) Although there's never a better or worse age for this scenario
  20. Nah it was outside the box when the foul took place Gribz. You'll see that soon. Villa should definitely have been awarded something though. The ref just played on.
  21. It is a stupid time for International friendlies. I would be behind the idea of scrapping friendlies completely. How many times have we had players injured on International Duty ? Too many to mention!
  22. I can't believe I am now saying this a mere six months after all the talk about him comuing back and his return, but I think he would be a big miss. Boydy and Miller have struck a decent partnership up and they are both scoring their fair share of goals - most of them from Boydy but Miller has been instrumental in a number of Boyd's too. If Miller doesn't make it, I would go with Novo. After all is that not his preferred position. Oh wait it's Uncle Walter picking the team...........:fish:
  23. Killie's record at Parkhead is atrocious as well. 63 years or something since they have won there:ffs: If that was against us every time the team played us the media would come out with it
  24. 2-0 Boyd and Miller
