  1. JCD for me. I'm not sold on Beasley yet I have to say. Mcculloch gives us a better option when fit. IMO
  2. I would love to see them relegated. Can't see it happening though. Was really hoping they would do us a wee favour today. More chance of Gretna winning the Champions League:uzi:
  3. Tynecastle is/used to be one of the best atmospheres. I've also been to Tannadice and Easter Rd
  4. I've really liked the look of Cousin since he joined. I reckon it'll be close between Boyd and Cousin for our top scorer though. Hopefully one of them will be the SPL top scorer
  5. aye good not to be behind the likes of Burkino Faso and the likes that we were behind under Vogts. Totally agree too about the rankings being a joke. As you say SA how can we fall a place when nobody has played:confused:
  6. Great to see Hutton in there, just hope he doesn't get any knocks. You know what rangers players are like with injuries on International duty. There will be a few more Gers in that team by the time the Euro qualifiers resume I wwould say
  7. That's strong looking squad even if all the aforementioned guys did leave. I would also add Adam to the lis of possible departures
  8. Eck's team does look far stronger. That probably says more about some of the youngsters/flops PLG signed. Eck made some very decent signings though when you look at that. Great post though Calscot Interesting read indeed
  9. Great win for man C, they were clinging on at times but Richards and Dunne were immense at the back. Was also surprised how well Hamann played I thought he was past his best, not on todays showing
  10. Really hard one yesterday. I think I've voted for Cuellar in almost every game but Cousin gets my vote too for yesterday. There were a few candidates I think
  11. Thomson is getting better by the week and if you had said to me at the start of the season he would be in the team (and I would be quite happy) ahead of Hemdani I would have laughed. Also thought Whittaker was excellent today on his debut and great to see him get a goal. Him and Hutton combined really well on the right on numerous occasions. The size of the squad impresses me at the moment and the months ahead look bright to me just now

    Novo

Novo has been excellent this season, but mainly when coming from the bench. I think Cousin should definitely start and I'd probably go with Boyd beside him and bring Novo on about 60-65 again
  13. Yep I have to hold my hands up and say I was one of the doubters. Still its good when guys prove us wrong:)
  14. Birmingham v West Ham, Draw Fulham v Middlesbrough, Draw Newcastle v Aston Villa, Home win Portsmouth v Bolton, Home win Reading v Everton, Home win Tottenham v Derby, Home win Wigan v Sunderland, Home win Blackburn v Arsenal, Draw Liverpool v Chelsea, Draw Man City v Man Utd, Home win
  15. Unbelievable how many chances Spartak missed. Definitely advantage C****c now:mad:
  16. We've been caught out too many times in the past. Remember Levski Sofia and Zizkov. We can't afford to treat anybody lightly
  17. Nah I hope he stays. Hopefully he will return to the starting line up on Tuesday. Having said that I think Thomson has started the season impressively and had a sloid game yesterday
  18. We've got to get there first:) I reckon the Dhims, Benfica and Arsenal could struggle in their ties. Liverpool also have a potetial banana skin against Toulouse
  19. Levadia won 2-1 - Red Star through on away goals
  20. Derby are having a laugh if they think they'll get Hemdani for that amount
  21. Were Man City not rumoured to be making a bid too? Good luck to him, if he does well down there then he could get a 'big' move either to one of the top four in England or abroad somewhere
  22. Have you got inside info Frankie?
  23. Thomson for me too. Neat and tidy on the ball. Your on the ball with this tonight Frankie:cheers:
