One of their podcasts said Dowell is a great player and was better than Cantwell (in his opinion). Said both stood out at Norwich. Also stated Cantwell has been blown away by Rangers and a huge influence on getting Dowell to sign. Let's be honest, fans forums tend to have varying opinions on players 🤷‍♂️🙈😀

Was going to vote for Souttar but can you vote for a defender after losing two terrible goals? Cantwell played well in flashes, Raskin was decent, Lundstrum continued his good form and was last night one of those rare occasions when Tav didn't score or assist? Anyway for sentimental reason only, went for Greegs.

Think he is in discussion with both Livingston and Falkirk as player coach roles. He has previously stated that he'd like to finish his career at Falkirk as they gave him his break.

Good send off for the five players who we said goodbye to tonight. All contributed to our club and best wishes to them all in whatever and wherever they end up next. Once a Ranger always a Ranger.

No matter where they go, both will do well. Kent is a player and his work rate is 1st class. Alfie will score goals no matter where he goes. Its a huge achievement becoming Rangers top scorer in European football - sign of a man who knows where the goals are. We miss Aribo and Bassey and we'll miss Alfie and Kent. We'll do well to replace them with similar quality.

Another game we should have won by 3 or 4 goals. Anyway, just 1 more game to enjoy / endure.......

Have a feeling Alfie is going out with a bang. Either score a goal or two, or knock someone out - either way, I'll miss the daft wee bugger .

But we also chose not to - lad from Swansea springsnto mind. We offered them a fee, they rejected it, we moved on. Kent and Alfie will have something lined up, they are very good players who'll have options and offers.

I think we could find a buyer for Kamara and its a pity Roofe can't find a consistent level of fitness as he is best finisher we have at rhe club.

They could have been talking to clubs since January, they may well have been offered pre-contracts and are weighing up their options?

Alternatively why would clubs offer any significant money for a player in their last year of their contract? Hang on 6 months and you can talk to the player and get a deal set up ready for the summer. Maybe we received inquires about Alfie and Kent last summer but the board deemed the offers as not worth taking?

I was surprised as to what kind of player Cantwell was, he was completely different from what I imagined. Dowell was rated as highly as Cantwell for a time so hopefully he can have a similar impact as Cantwell. Welcome on board KD and go make yourself a hero.

Now its been confirmed, I wish them all the best in their careers and thank them all for their contributions, especially 55 and EL runs. Hopefully see them all back at Ibrox as fans - Once a Ranger, always a Rangers.

Hopefully something the Rangers Charity Foundation can get behind. Going to speak to my RSC and see if there is anything we can do to support this.

Lundstram was best player on pitch IMO - found a new lease of life in the last month or two. Cantwell was excellent, Souttar was solid, another goal and assist from Tav and in all honesty, no real criticism of anyone who played yesterday.

He needs to retire from international football.
