As a percentage or an actual number? I would assume around the same percentage as other defenders and / keeper.

There isn't, but I'd bet all other SPFL goalies get to that ball.

Their 3rd has a catalogue of errors - Jack's ball to Soutar, Soutars pass to McGregor and McGregor not fast enough to react.

If you look at how successful Hickey and Ferguson have been since leaving Hearts / Aberdeen it shows that there are still some gems to be found in SPFL - is Shankland one of them? Only time will tell.

Maybe we sack Beale and get Neilson now he's available.

The three young Scots you've mentioned have been injured for a period of time and are likely no where near match fitness.

Haha - aye... Simple question would you move jobs for a quarter of your currently salary just because your boss wanted you to!

Wilson can find as many buyers as possible but he can't force players to leave. Say he gets Hearts to buy Wright but they are paying him a quarter of what we are and he says no thanks, what does Wilson do next?

But without buyers for the "duds", we can't move them on. Who's gonna match the wages we are paying them to sit in the bench, or worse, on the treatment table? Those going out of contract are easy, simply let them leave. The others, not so easy.

It's not just the starting 11, it's the "squad" players as well. We have a huge squad which is draining wages and they'll be difficult to move on (and I can't see us paying them off - we simply can't afford to). We need major financial injection but can't see where that will come from - the current board, plus King have put their money into the club but its simply not enough. Even after CL monies, run to EL final and sales of Bassey, Patterson and Aribo we only post a small profit. As you say, crisis, what crisis?

So is it the boards fault, the successive managers fault, the players fault? How do we ship out an entries squad? If nobody wants to buy them, do we just pay them off? Who replaces the board? Who replaces the manager? What players should we sign? It's easy to scattergun blame but what alternatives can you suggest?

I believe we are far better under Beale than we were under Gio (this season at least) Certainly we aren't clinical enough, have major issues in the goal keeping department and our defenders appear to self-destruct.

Was always going to happen if we lost today and will only intensify if we lose the next two. People want instant gratification and if they don't get it, they want those they deem responsible removed. Anyway, avoid social media, it tends to be a cesspit 🙂

Sure he will have a major input into who we sign.

Need a new keeper, new striker and some creative "wide" players. Sure he has his targets but will the board be able to finance who MB identifies? That is the big question.

Just watching Man City and they have a lad called Haaland or something playing for them. Hopefully Wilson and his team are watching......

So say we chase MB and the new manager loses the last two OF games of the season. What next, do we chase him for being useless? When do we stop changing managers and look at where the real problems lie? MB want my 1st choice as Gios replacement but I can see why he was selected. Let's be honest, the list of candidates we have to chose from is limited as are players we can sign. We can try and convince ourselves that they aren't great but they have been mediocre in the last 3 OF games and we've manged 1 point and lost a cup final. Constant changing of manager us only going to see the gap increase. We need stability and we need to have a very successful transfer window. If Beales targets are the calibre of Raskin and Cantwell then we'll improve. Will it be sufficient improvement to overtake them? Only time will tell.
