Certainly the longer it stays at 1-0 the more nevervous it becomes! -

Need to start playing our game again, getting dragged down to a kick and rush game / scrappy game which suits Aberdeen. -

Aberdeen 1 Rangers 3 - Tav FGS -
As I get older, I get more pessimistic and this season is no different. The absence of fans *may* have an impact on results, but we'll see. There is no doubting the quality of the team as shown in Europe and domestically until the shutdown. Need to keep our best 11 fit and firing on all cylinders and hope we can be more consistent. My heart says it's our year, my head says otherwise.

Hearts / Thistle statement below -Looks like they've thrown the towel in? Response to Scottish FA Article 99 Arbitration: Determination – 27.07.20Arbitral Tribunal:“The tribunal appointed in terms of Scottish Football Association Article 99 issued its decision today. It unanimously held that the challenges to the Written Resolution of 15 April 2020 failed, and that the SPFL were entitled to pass, and give effect to, the Written Resolution and all that flowed from it. Accordingly it refused to grant any of the orders sought by Heart of Midlothian FC and Partick Thistle FC and continued the arbitration for submissions about expenses.”Joint Statement by Heart of Midlothian FC and Partick Thistle FC:“As all Parties have been requested not to comment on the tribunal’s decision or reveal details of the hearings on the grounds of confidentiality, all we can only say is how disappointed and surprised we are at the outcome. “We don’t regret taking this action as it was the right thing for us to do. There were better ways to deal with ending the season, fairer ways other than putting the burden of a pandemic on to three clubs.” -

Hearts going to the wall - positive for me. Rancid club with a growing number of rancid fans. Had hoped they won this case for the good of Scottish Football but showed zero sympathy for us in 2013 and fans were amongst the most vocal. -

Only if legal process wasn't followed? However Court of Arbitration for Sport could be a possibility? -

The corruption is complete. If only clubs had voted for a free independent inquiry that was put forward. Ah well, reap what you sow and all that..... A HMFC / PTFC statement would be interesting/welcome. -

Arbitration rules in favour of SPFL - relegation and promotion stands. Will Hearts / Thistle now go back to court or fold and accept what has been forced on them?
