Thank you for the balanced and correct post which is better than some of the "He is rubbish get rid of." posts.( I don't mean you) I agree in general but I do think that in certain games he has had positive influence on the team and in general he has not been the reason for lost points. He does have a role in the squad imo although I could also possibly argue that he is holding Jordon Thompson back. Whether the manager thinks Thompson isn't at that level or there is an agreement with Arsenal only the management team will know.

Zelalem definitely changed the game yesterday so he does have talent. I think we shouldn't forget the guy has just turned 19. If he was one of our youth he would be getting worship status. Fleck came through our youth system being hailed as a god and we saw absolutely or virtually nothing of him. I would be made up with Zelalem's progress if he was a Rangers product. Being able to influence games at 19 bears a lot of promise for the future.

What has brought the panic in? It would seem Hibs signing Stokes has done that. Is Stokes going to improve Hibs that much? We have walked over their midfield in nearly all the games we have played them and put 10 goals past their defence in 2 games. I doubt Stokes will make that much difference to be honest.

During the match Feynoord v Heerenveen tonight a test was tried out using a video referee. It was a trial and the game itself was not involved or stopped. Another few tests are to be carried out and the Dutch FA want to introduce it for all cup games next season. The video Referee will be called upon to look at red cards, penalty decisions, off side decisions where a goal has been scored and goal-line decisions. There will be some grey areas but our last few games have let us see this should be standard at every game.

Difficult one as the boy is only 16. I know some players can make it at 16 but not many as most lack the physical strength. I think a run in the reserves is better for him to see how he develops. Better to let him walk before he tries to run.

A future Superstar? 28 this week? Then Wikipedia have it wrong. That makes him nearer his 29th birthday as his 28th. I think if he was a future superstar he would have been signed by higher clubs than Leeds.

While it is a win I would imagine he will take it to court before every AGM and as he won the last time he will probably win again. Not a great situation for us either. I may be wrong as I am no legal expert.
