I say give him a chance. It can only be good for Rangers on the field and financially if it works. Chris Sutton was another player who could move to the back.

Give Gomez time and he will prove himself. He is only 10+- games in and obviously having a confidence\fitting in problem. He is so big that high balls should be easy for him. With good coaching he will find his form again. That brings me to one problem i have with him. At PSV the keepers coach was sacked and Gomez brought in his own coach. Now the Spurs keepers trainer has been sacked. I wonder who will come in?

Good to see wee Fleck back playing and that Rangers won of course. Also good to hear we have a striker who can outpace a defence and stay cool enough to curl the ball into the net.

I saw him 3 seasons long for PSV and the guy is superb. Worth at least 15 points a season. i will agree though that England is a different kettle of Fish with the high ball culture but Gorum and Klos were not very good with high balls either. If he hits his PSV form he is one of the best in the world, believe me.

Well if he does then we should go for a swap deal with Gomez. Getting one of the best keepers in the world for McGregor would be deal of the century.

Loved him as a player. Laughed at him as a TV celebrity. I would prefer another manager before Coisty gets his chance. As i said i would prefer he managed another team first.

I remember somebody asking why we were called the light blue's. I don't know if anyone gave the answer but as i am reading The Rangers miscellany for the Gersnet revue i will give away one thing. The answer is we played in (Man City) sky blue until the 1930's. After that it was Royal blue.

Roughly what i was thinking with my post. My heart would say Ally but my Head would say someone who has managed another team with reasonable success.

Yes Ross McCormack comes to mind as we are struggling for a left sided player. He should at least of been given a descent chance to prove himself and not just the odd game.
