  1. Great piece Frankie and difficult to argue with. Hopefully you get the nod from Sportsound. To be fair to Richard Gordon he did say that there were a lot of good websites out there and a lot of good information. More than SDM has done. Richard probably meant the Aberdeen sites though.
  2. Ill go with that. Up to the knee's in ****** blood is also audible.
  3. Thank F**k i would think.
  4. A reporter on the beeb tonight said that Murray stated to him in an interview that there are about 40 people on unofficial-websites who are responsible for spouting sectarian bile . He knows who they are but he can't do anything to stop it as there are no laws covering it. i just wish he would also acknowledge that there are also good websites instead of tarring all websites with the same brush.
  5. I think we are agreeing. I am saying the rule is wrong. In theory you can leave a player in the box at all times and employ a sprint champion to make the break-through and pass the ball back to the poacher
  6. I agree totally that what comes round goes round and that we deserve to benefit from the rule. It is not the goal i have a problem accepting it is the rule that allows it. I feel the player who has been in an offside position should not be allowed to play a part, on phase 1 of the attack. He should get himself onto an onside position first and by that i mean with the defence and not with in this case Kenny Miller. Once he has been in an onside position it is up to the defenders to pick him up.
  7. Just watched the highlights and apart from the terrific first-half performance, a few talking points appeared to me. Firstly although i have been a big critic of Barry Ferguson but i thought it was a fantastic gesture from him to refuse the captains armband from Davie Weir. My hat off to Davie for offering it and Barry for refusing it. Secondly, i really have trouble accepting Chris Boyd's second goal, should be legal.(Not just because it is CB. I really feel a player who is about 10 yards offside, should not be allowed to just turn round and join up with the play. He gained a definite advantage from being offside. Glad for the goal, happy for Boyd i just think the rule stinks and i would hate it to happen against us. Why Boyds fourth goal was ruled off is a mystery to me. Apart from that great performance.
  8. Surely the people who choose to call themselves staunch protestants should know a bit about the history of the religion they have chosen to follow? Otherwise it is just a flag to rally round in my eyes.

    Gow

Sorry i didn't mean to stir up a storm i just didn't feel a report of Blackpool v Watford was Rangers news. I admit i didn't consider the loan part. I do find it interesting to see how Gow is doing i just didn't think it was Rangers news.
  10. I had a tear in my eye just with the radio commentary. It made me really proud to be a Rangers supporter.
  11. Did the lazy Boyd compliment the team? I, Walter smith, George Burley and many supporters didn't think so. A Boyd who is fighting and working his socks off for his position at this moment, is certainly pushing the right buttons.
  12. Do you actually know what you are protesting about. Martin Luther did. 90%+? of so called protestants have no idea today it is just a flag to rally round.
  13. I am afraid i never took Walter seriously really. Beat the tims when they were on the ropes and fucked up when they came back fighting.

    Gow

Sorry moved this here as it is interesting but not Rangers news anymore.
  15. Yes lets just play 11 poachers:rolleyes:
  16. No problem i have always said if Boyd ups his game then he will be first choice. He has upped his game so i will have no problem praising him. I will still say i do not want a player in the team who does sweet fa but score a few goals.
  17. Not in the starting line-up so he must be on the bench if he is in the squad.
  18. Is it not those very referee's that give him his free-kicks after he has dived. Stop diving Naka then you may have a case.
  19. Yep that is also an option. Well at least we would score against Celtic.
  20. Try telling that to Peter Lawwell and John Reid .
  21. I totally agree with you but unfortunately the media and the politicians are the ones who are mixing it up by trying to score points. The Celtic directors have unfortunately chosen to attack Rangers rather than sort out their own problems.
  22. No point in discussing it then. You seem to know it all. Lets play 11 Boyds. Football, easy as shit, just put 11 poachers on the field.
  23. Yes and we need 11 players playing and trying their best for 90mins.
  24. Ah ha!!!!!!
  25. Glad to see that Boyd admits himself that he was taking the easy ride as some posters here were saying. I suppose some people will always accept mediocrity though.:fish:
