I have been saying that for years Buba. Football is not just about moving if you have the ball. We have 11 dustbins on the park. They are told a set up and stick to the positions they are given. We don't have players making forward runs.

It is not only creativity it is movement off the ball. If no one moves you can't be creative. We are far too rigid in our structure.
