Stamford Bridge will be renovated eventually as the club have purchased all the surrounding buildings they needed, but i doubt the bits of the original surrounding wall of 1905 still standing will survive this rebuild! The stadium in a box grounds are soulless, but cheap, so can understand why clubs went that way. But we won't be doing an Arsenal or Spanners and moving down the road. In Arsenal's case twice!!

When do football fans of any club "get real". They want success and at the very least expect that their club is being run in the best way and generated funds are first and foremost used to improve the playing staff - something that many rightly question given the money raised through player sales and European income. Which is not monopoly money.
