Missed this. Fecking work again. What happened?
-
Anyone see it today, just looked up to catch it, looked a belter. Think his team (Plymouth) lost 3-1 though.
-
Aye, once I clicked goals it was in the format I was more used to.
-
Ha ha. Clicked on the Scotland tab but it only had up until the Hearts game. Will try again.
-
Am I missing something? Can't see anything on there that may or may not relate to today.
-
Unirea won 4-1 against 10 men today. Played against a similarly unpronouncable team. Stuttgart drew 0-0 home to Nuremberg. Sevilla play tomorrow night on sky sports guys. Worth keeping an eye on the opponents and tomorrow's game will give us an idea of what we are up against.

OP updated to be correct as of today. Fantastic bit of research from Screebs that he now updates after each game. Now lets hear your "but he hasn't...." pish. :box:

I mentioned that Bain said this at the end of the week but it appears to have been overlooked. Not good news. No new CB is scandalous imo.

Rangers - Upholding the hopes of Scottish football

Asked in another thread if Hearts win at Dinamo would help at all. Obviously not a great deal, but with most teams getting papped out we need all the points we can get. -
Could ra Yahoos conclude their Euro season behind closed doors?

With Celtic walking a tight-rope with UEFA maybe time for a bit of revenge. Any fans willing to do the shitey shaun bit at the machano dome? -
Aye, me too. Will do it after work tonight.

Apparently Bain stated yesterday there would be no one coming in. Not seen any quotes or anything though so would need to be confirmed.

Just when you were thinking Romanov hadn't said anything stupid in a while.

Good point. Makes anything from 4th to 2nd a real possibility though. -
Would be nice to see Boyd get a chance to prove his worth at this level, at least against the Germans and the Romanians at Ibrox.

You are most probably right. And given the McLelland fiasco, scepticism is natural. I think it's more a case of me hoping change is afoot rather than really believing it. -

Good post gisa. Like you point out with McLeish and even our run to Manchester sometimes managers cn achieve much more than they should with the players at their disposal. I'm looking forward to what Smith can achieve. -

Fucking belter of an OP Gav. Gotta be pleased with that draw. "Hi Dad, thought i'd come see you in Seville in December. Oh btw any of your work colleagues got a spare?" -
I wanted to not show ourselves up and hopefully get at least Europa cup football after xmas pre-draw. So I'll still take that now. Sevilla are a cracking side. We'll do well to share the points with them. We traditionally do well against German teams and have won at home and lost away the two previous times we drew Stuttgart. The same again would be an acceptable performance or even better 4 points. I know little of the Romanians but it would be foolhardy to dismiss them. At the very least and if we have ambitions of European football post xmas, we should be aiming for a home win and to take something away from home.

I'm not suggesting his involvement will drop to nothing. I expect his day-to-day involvement to reduce. I also believe this will be part of a longer term strategy to extricate himself from the club. I was too lazy to write that and just wrote "step aside" as it begins to allude to a more complex situation in which his involvement is reduced and will continue to be until he eventually leave. All imo. -
Img not displaying for me Norris. Tried going into the properties of the image and c+p'ing into a new window. Showed the VB's board with a message saying I didn't have permission to access. Don't suppose you could do a screen dump?
-
I'll give you a quick round up then. Rangers signed no one.

All good points guys. I think Cal sums it up well. We all like to discuss the game as if we're experts. That's half the fun. We criticise and we give our opinions. But at the end of the day, if we really knew what was best we would be winning trophies and he'd be watching us from his arm chair. I think it was myself an Craig, and indeed Frankie has agreed, that the Smith substitution appeared bizarre at half time. Yet look how it worked out.
