    On a related note I cant believe the run and goal Burke had against St Johnstone in the league cup a few years back doesn't seem to be available anywhere to re-watch.

    It's not that I just have a "fuck him" attitude, it is that I think you are naive if you believe you can rehabilitate this particular criminal.

    He's already doing us, and has done us, damage. Banning him doesn't change that. It just shows we wont completely take it up the arse off him. Sticking him in the "shitty" seats will still no doubt be a freebie and I still find that insulting. Any access to the club at all for this scrote is too much.

    Walter, I think, obviously got a nod not so much for winning a league and cup double but because of his enormous success over his two terms and winning title 54 and 3iar during an era of immense belt tightening. I dont think the inidividual achievement this year would have been enough to see him nominated alongside the other two. Villa Boas had an awesome season at Porto. What was it? Just two draws in the league season? Didn't really follow the German league tbh.

    Either way they (the likes of Speirs etc) will write their lies, bs and nonsense. Why reward them with the best seats in the house and free food and drink. It's insulting to the fans. Ban him and fuck what he writes.

    I dont understand the martyr argument. What will banning them lead to? Them writing negative stories about us? And that's differnet to now how? At least if they're banned the club aren't slapping the fans in the face by giving complimentary seats and access to the club we would die to have to these some arseholes who denigrate us at every opportunity. The martyr argument seems to me to be a weak line to hide behind to justify no action at all.

    Whittaker is undervalued and underappreciated imo. Decent player for us and we should be looking to keep him.

    Disagree. We've been allowing it to go on for far too long and they have no doubt ignored warnings before. Set out our stall now by taking a hard line and they will drop the bs. A polite warning will do f.a initially so why waste our time with it.

    I wondered the same. Reading that, i'm gutted i'm no longer in a position to have a ST. Would have moved my old BF3 seat in a heartbeat.

    When I was working with Falkirk they were happy if one or two players made the step up from the youth squads (u19s) to the full-time squads; first and reserve teams, each season. People may dismiss that as it being only Falkirk, but I think that is fairly normal throughout football teams across the country. It's the nature of developing your own talent. Realistically, the vast majority will not make it, or at least only at a lower level.

    On a less impressive note he was mentioned in the magazine "Sport" that is handed out free at my gym behind Villa Boas and Pep Guardiola as the manager of the year (outwith England) for a record 54th title for Rangers and 3 in a row in times of boardroom and ownership uncertainty and also potential financial oblivion.

    Carew would be like Cousin. Occasionally unplayable. He'd mayb destroy the mhanks in one game or something, then have a poor attitude and flatter to deceive in most games. Yet most would love him based on one performance. Has undoubted ability. But just dont think he'd be that arsed most the time.

    Awards are voted for (or at least nominees selected) far too early Zappa, that's the problem. The votes for the Players' player award are cast about Jan I think. The reason Miller got so few awards is prob because he wasn't actually playing all that well in many games, despite scoring a huge number of goals.
