I would hope that if bids are tabled next month that Ally uses this point to persuade him to stay at least until the summer. Even if we do get plenty money and get a replacement in for him, there's no guarantee our new guy will settle in and contribute the goals Jela does.

Football isn't about money, it's about football. Wee dick gave us mols, numan, gvb, amato. I loved watching those guys. He also gave us some trophies. Don't matter what manager or how much money you spend you're not going to win everything every year, but I look back at tge DA era fondly.

Not having read it I would guess something along the lines of there's a decent player there, seriously lacks in consistency but wouldn't be a huge loss as long as there's able back up?

Couldn't agree more. Players get pelters - far worse than they give out - for 90 minutes. One dirty look and the fans are wanting them charged and all that pish.

It's all about having a replacement there. He's not perfect, but he's a decent right back, but if he goes in january, who will play there instead? As for the valuation, I think 3.5 is fair, can't see us getting more than that.
