  1. in the small highlights i've seen beasley must have been in with a shout - he was at the heart of most of our cutting forward play.
  2. yeah, got the point you were making man - both are singing songs with in their culturual-religious traditions and should be equally valued. i'm not sure if you have edited it or i read it wrong in the first place, but as it reads now, its perfect.
  3. there's a small theological inconsistency in there - there's a huuuuuuge difference between the oo singing about king billy and catholics singing about mary, the very difference over which protestantism arose - but the sentiment is spot on. perhaps a candidate for editing and putting on the site?
  4. i choose not to post there myself for similar reasons - its just that the specific wording included far too many decent bears to leave publicly on another rangers supporting forum. he's free to express these views privately and has a copy of the edited portion for these purposes.
  5. EXACTLY. the Trust does this without turning a profit off the supporters - we aren't even defended by those whose wages we pay.
  6. whatastatement. who writes these? top marks.

  10. the op should be an article on the site.
  11. will this include how much of murray's 'own money' that he has, in the minds of the majority of fans, put in?
  12. thought you were talking about me an all.
  13. johnny man, i think i'm going to have to doubly ban myself, because this is from a chelsea fan's match review: :D
  14. we might have expected some of the new players to make positive comments about there being such a large crowd for friendlies - but perhaps the comments of darcheville and ceullar were more positive than expected. i mean, they thought the atmosphere at the games was excellent, so they're going to be in for a shock come old firm day (though less so ceullar who's played against us in europe). but even our next oppponent's manager, who has no need to be particularly concerned or unconcerned about atmosphere said: so perhaps we're not so bad after all. to us. to our detractors.
  15. cammy you keep putting my pessimism in the most succinct form. please stop!
  16. brilliant. just brilliant. cheers fraser.
  17. the problem is that nothing is ontologically offensive - so, ultimately, what is deemed offensive is whatever the person(s) with the most power decide.
  18. i raised this point in one of my articles. i'm amazed your average fan cant see it.
  19. yup, thats what i meant. a shocking state of affairs.
  20. i think the problem is that he's factually incorrect to the detriment of our fans reputation.
  21. cammy, your piece captured the sense of pessimism i'm doing my best to suppress...
  22. del, cheers for that, and dont listen to cammy about the painkillers. we know if they go anywhere its barrywards.
