  1. And like thousands of others, I’ll be watching it “in the UK”.
  2. No problemo
  3. I couldn't be less interested in what the green brigade to or don't do and I've no wish to ever see safe standing at Ibrox. I hope our lot aren't pursuing safe standing just because the green brigade have it. That would be too demeaning.
  4. Hopefully it will be Sands instead of Kamara, who can’t be allowed near the team after last week’sshamefukdisplay.
  5. Maybe Club1872 can put to good use the money harvested from its members by selling its shares and donating proceeds to the club for facility improvements. Just not this pointless vanity project that the vast majority of the stadium will never enjoy. Is there anything these people can’t get wrong?
  6. I have no issue with Sky doing what it considers to be in its own interests. I have a huge issue with the organisations whose sole responsibility is to act in the interests of Scottish Football. TV contracts require 2 parties to agree and the one that's letting us down isn't SkySports
  7. I live in the UK and either me or someone in my family never miss a RTV live game. It's time the silly old argument that RTV isn't available in the UK was put to bed for good.
  8. What about someone who has forked out for an annual RTV subscription but doesn’t have Sky?
  9. Fortunately, RTV is excellent at allowing the worldwide Rangers support to see almost every game. Why would anyone go elsewhere?
  10. Livingston 0 Rangers 3 FGS - Colak
  11. I think that's actually a great observation although it's not always obvious which end of the spectrum he's on at any given moment. It's not unusual in a lot of intuitive businessmen.
  12. The organisations have changed over time but for as long as I can remember, all of them have been plagued by the same core of people who seem intent on destroying anything that might threaten to exclude them.
  13. I think he could agitate until the cows come home. He has few if any allies on the board and virtually no leverage. His strategy involving Club1872 wasn't as clever as he clearly thought it was.
  14. No harm to keep believing
  15. It's been evident for a long time that opposition teams feel free to bully and kick lumps out of our players. Something needs to change. I'm not suggesting we fill our ranks with hammer throwers but one or two handing it out when the need arises wouldn't go amiss. Looking at our current squad, very few seem able of willing to extract retribution .... maybe Ryan Jack and Alfredo Morelos but in general we look like lightweights in a league of thugs.
  16. Does anyone know what the trend is with subscriptions to Club1872? Why have they missed their agreed minimum targets? Are they dying on their feet?
  17. Yep, that's all that needs saying.
  18. Interesting comments about playing under GvB - defensive mindset and lack of preparation.
  19. In the final analysis, everyone has to decide for themselves how they would have reacted to the situation facing our manager on Sunday and therefore whether or not they agree with the way Mick Beale dealt with the situation. What they can't do is condemn the manager for having the self-belief to follow his own judgement. Sure, when he made his decision it could have worked out badly, maybe even cost us the game, but I see only positives from having a manager with the self-confidence to follow his own instincts and do what he believes is right, aware of the risks involved. There's a lot more at stake here than one game against Partick Thistle.
  20. It wasn't done for their benefit but for ours.
  21. His first half would have been as well conducted from the dressing room but his second half was one of the best I've seen from a Rangers player in ages. Malik Tillman ... of course. Recognition also to McGregor, Raskin, Kent and Colak, whose hold up play was really good at times.
  22. If that's what he wants to say to the world then I hope he gets the response and respect that he and any ordinary bloke should expect.
  23. Rangers v Darvel would be nice.
