  1. The transfer window hasn't opened yet. Bit early to freak out.
  2. I hope they stay down. Horrible club with horrible fans. Eastern yahoos is all they are.
  3. It's simple, if that lot keep qualifying for the CL and we keep qualifying for the EL, they'll be winning the league until the cows come home. I'll take an occasional spanking in Europe if it means we can start winning the league regularly again.
  4. None of us want to see Rangers getting pumped but if the scum are getting £20m CL money and we're getting £10m EL money, it'll be harder to catch them. If you look at the pots, we could get a much more favourable draw this time (if we qualify), with a bit of luck.
  5. I had a look into possible opponents and it won't be easy - some good teams in it. It's really important that we make it through the third round qualifier because then, even if we lose in the fourth round and drop into the EL, we get about another £4.5m.
  6. @Rousseau is off to the shops to buy hankies.
  7. I heard folk singing Forever Blue by Erasure at a couple of matches*, so I wouldn't be too sure about that. *had to go and vomit
  8. I think it has more to do with desperation for immediate, online gratification than self-confidence.
  9. Recent evidence suggests otherwise.
  10. Looking forward to it. Hopefully we get a reciprocal trip to the Volksparkstadion in the not too distant future.
  11. He's been giving the ball away in bad areas quite a lot recently (mostly unpunished but that's due to the calibre of opposition).
  12. Even popular singers these days can barely sing. I blame Cher and autotune.
  13. At Burnley and Sheffield United, you'll get to play at Anfield, Old Trafford, Emirates, Etihad and Spurs' shiny new stadium, with a global TV audience. At Rangers, you'll get to play at the Piggery, Fir Park, Toni Macaroni Arena and Easter Road, with a much smaller, parochial TV audience.
  14. Hopefully it means sing-songs back in the Rangers end. It's unusual when the Copland Road stand inhabitants sing more than two or three songs a season these days.
  15. There were a couple of songs on Sunday with some handy three letter acronyms one could utilise. 😄
  16. We need recruitment up front, in midfield, in defence and in goals. A lot will depend on who all goes.
  17. Absolutely not. The entire club and support seems to be diseased with cloying sentiment nowadays. Rangers winning should be all that matters.
  18. Is it because he calls Autumn 'Fall'?
  19. No, play the best team and keep winning.
  20. Don't forget him wanting Lennnon back in Scottish football - absolutely bonkers. 😀
  21. The problem with giving him time to improve is that this is Rangers, where every error becomes a calamity and we can't afford to drop points if the yahoos continue to keep beating everyone. That's 'ideal world' type stuff and we don't live there.
  22. I'm definitely of the opinion that a keeper should be in full control of the six yard box. Probably mostly in control of the entire penalty box too.
  23. I think today showed why more than one Rangers manager has had doubts about McCrorie. He makes some cracking saves but didn't respond well to crosses, where he often flapped at it or looked stuck in two minds about whether to go for it or not. Having a good keeper is essential.
  24. That'll do nicely. Souttar played well. McCrorie not so much. Been donkeys years since I heard 'what a Helluva way to die' at a match. 😀
