Retro Ready - New 'Rangers Legends' Strip Launching Today
Gonzo79 replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Limited to 10,000, so they might be sold out before December. I won't be getting one (I don't like the collar and would probably never wear it) but I know a few people who bought one as soon as they went on sale. Castore haven't exactly covered themselves in glory with the merchandise problems noted previously. -
This announcement certainly raises eyebrows.

I completely agree but would urge you not to hold your breath. -

Until Morelos has hosted a team karaoke after losing a diddy cup final and spent a year or so on gardening leave, I'll keep my decision about who's better on hold. -

Is it made in Turkey or China? -
The goalie saved it. Either way, always good to see them f*ck it up.

Good victory, decent performance. Glad to see Morelos get the goal. -

Balogun and Goldson at the back. Hagi, Roofe and Kent in attack and Arfield in midfield, with Kamara and Davis. Decent line-up. -

I think I prefer the 5.55pm EL kick offs... pre-match isn't half dragging. -
It's an easy mistake to make (just ask @compo ?).

There has been minimal fanfare preceding this fixture, which is a tad surprising but also understandable. I think most of us are expecting a win but games in Europe are rarely easy, so let's not take anything for granted. From what I've read, Lech Poznan might pose a different threat than we usually see, playing a high press and being fairly erratic in terms of outcome (if their gameplan works, it's great but if it doesn't, they tend to look amateurish). I'm hoping to see Roofe and Itten get some game time, a victory and no injuries. -

They'd only have to make that sort of decision from Sat-Thur. -

The last two questions are the most concerning. -
Where's the other official shop?

I haven't heard anything about it but would presume it would be for domestic cups.

JohnMc is quite a well-informed poster (in my opinion) but I don't think you need a crystal ball to predict how Lennon will react to adversity.

Whenever things go wrong for that lot, the default response is to lash out and blame others (Masons, referees, Maurice Ross etc.). Are they born that way or are they taught it in school? They are proof that the mindset of victimhood is a defect.

I just (in a moment of boredom) read Michael Stewart's article about his team, Nonce FC and whilst rambling on about the last three games he states, "It's an emotional rollercoaster.". I have no idea why he thinks he is some sort of authority on football (or his other favourite subject, politics). However, I do have an idea why Pacific Quay CSC continually provide him a platform to spout such claptrap.

Hagi is a class act. I sometimes think some of the other players aren't quite on his wavelength and that results in some things not working out but the more they train and play together, the more that side of things will improve. Can you imagine Hagi, Kent and Aribo all on form, with Itten, Roofe or Morelos up front? Defences would be destroyed. -

Good to get a win and another clean sheet. All in all, it has been a great eight days. -

Good to see Hagi get another assist and Defoe grab a goal. Our squad is better than it has been for years. -
By the way, Kemar Roofe. Some goal celebrations, particularly in big games, are like a mad release of adrenalin and totally visceral moments. Others are quite run of the mill and generic. But when that ball hit the net on Thursday night it was sheer joy for me. I knew we were going to win, so the pressure/tension had gone. It was just sheer joy. I think I have witnessed better goals and more important goals but that one was really something else. What a moment!

Therein lies the problem.
