We were unlucky, in several respects yesterday but at the end of the day, you make your own luck. A good performance and defeat against them is nowhere near as good as a poor performance and a win. I think Kent's display yesterday summed up why I was baffled we paid so much for him. Some terrific bursts of pace, cracking twists and turns but no end product. Hopefully he continues to improve on that front.

Couldn't agree more. That was a sore one today. The league is what we all truly savour and we, as a support and the team need to forget today and get on with it.

Contract extensions are mainly a way to protect the club, financially, if other clubs come looking (providing the desired subject is satisfied at said club). I wouldn't bother reading much more into it than that.

There are several instances of yahoos referring to themselves as F*nians. If we call them F*nians it is roundly condemned as sectarian. The word F*nian has very little to do with religion. It is a political ideology. The term H*n is derogatory and due to the way it is used by sections of British society it is now considered sectarian in UK courts of law. But the press don't acknowledge this when it it used about us. I'd prefer it if we could call each other whatever the Hell we wanted and all the thin-skinned offence seekers focused on polo or rugby.

There's no chance they'll catch the perpetrators. Dark jackets with faces covered up is de rigueur attire for the Green Brigade. Interesting to note the NBM never referred to the graffiti as sectarian.

If Davis is out that's a huge blow. He has been excellent recently and is one of the few players we have who can play a defence splitting pass.

The whole defence have been at fault for most of the goals conceded this season. We're continually losing goals due to our own errors, which is disappointing.

I can't disagree with the points you make, craig. But as I said earlier, our club and support are treated differently. The Scottish press, government, football authorities and legal system are infested with people who despise us. We'd be calling it out in an echo chamber.

I doubt a Scotch pie is capable of burning someone, particularly in December and Tav was facing the pitch when the sheepshagger flung it. Aberdeen are investigating the incident. Tav's reaction was admirable, in my opinion.

It was a pie. It's up to Aberdeen, the SFA and/or the Police to take action, if they see fit. Rangers make statements which are roundly ignored by the press, so I'm not sure what good the club could do. Our club and fans are treated differently to others. Going tonto on a football forum won't change that. The sheep are a nonentity. Don't give them the attention.

I think a more salient point would be, why take anything the Sun reports seriously?
