  1. I read Webster was taken off injured last night, have you seen anything this morning?
  2. Will he stay as a central defender, or revert to left back? I would like to see him play with Bougherra in the middle, but somehow I don't think Walter will see it that way.
  3. Thanks for answering my questions.
  4. Therefore, although he never used his OWN money, he put his Company deeper into debt. BTW, I'm trying to explain all this to a mate, I wish I hadn't started.
  5. What a gawd awful business decision that was.
  6. I take it the £50m came from within MIH, a transfer from another part of the company. If I am correct, can it be clawed back if the Club is sold independently?
  7. Being investigated for fraud in South Africa.
  8. No one seems to be bothered about the kind of person we could have as owner of the Club. It seems like, Murrays out, anyone will be better.
  9. I've never panicked Rangers wise, since Slim Jim was sold.:spl:
  10. There had to be some good news. ''There is more than one coat on a shoogly nail at Ibrox. Persistent rumours have surrounded chief executive Martin Bain, with Gordon McKie, chief executive of the Scottish Rugby Union, touted as a possible replacement should Bain, too, decide that the end of the Murray era is time to pursue new opportunities''.
  11. Walter Smith would not have said what he did on Saturday, if things were not serious. If Muir has been on the board of MIH, then we must assume he was a Bank emplacement on there as well.
  12. Surely the Chairman/Bain must make a statement today. If all the speculation is wrong, or even wide of the mark, it cannot be good for Rangers Football Club.
  13. From the Herald today. http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/spl/rangers/exclusive-the-board-v-the-bank-rangers-entire-first-team-squad-face-being-sold-to-the-highest-bidder-1.928477 ''Rangers entire first-team squad will be systematically sold and replaced internally from next season, with the consequent dismantling of the coaching staff, if the clubs senior management do not emerge victorious from a cataclysmic behind-the-scenes struggle with Lloyds Banking Group''.
  14. When it's backs against the wall time, I think people just say, :box: :spl:
  15. At this moment in our history, the last thing we need is a new manager. Anyway what decent manager would take the job in the circumstances?
  16. First time anyone connected to the Club has admitted this is the case.
  17. Goal of the Season attempt. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/8319323.stm
  18. I love the 'HIGH STANDARDS' and that was 1969. We hadn't won the League for ages. You can see Colin is a Supporter thro' his words, he hurts as badly as we do. If we had the same Supporters as '69, there would have been droves at the door of the main stand on Tuesday.
  19. I should have said anything further. Like where it happened, the time, was the individual with others. Seems very vague the way it has been worded. I would also have thought the police would have something to say.
  20. Has the Club said anything? I find it strange as well, especially when he hadn't been playing.
  21. I guess we'll have to get used it. There will be some jokes flying about in the next few weeks. But we've still got this, and the way to shut them up is to keep it.:spl:
  22. I agree with a lot of your points, but would the majority accept being beat by 6? Also what would it do a young centre half? Whatever we do it wont be easy. The first objective must be 3 points at th week-end.
  23. It's not often he has had the chance to pick the same 11 to be fair. Still not an excuse to play players out of position. I would like to ask him what he has against certain players, Smith at left back for instance. Move Papac into the middle and bring Smith in at left back, a no brainer for me. He even preferred to bring Little in for his debut against the tims, rather than play Smith. Boyd and Novo would have been fighting each other to take the penalty last night, Both players have good qualities, and obviously faults, but that is the type of player I want in my team, ones who wont hide. Get as much as we can for Bougherra in January, buy a decent central defender, bring Webster back from DU [if possible], and get some youngsters in the team.
  24. Algeria v Egypt 14th November 100% fit
