    It is alleged that David Whitehouse, Paul Clark and David Grier, who all work for former Rangers administrators Duff and Phelps and lawyer Gary Withey, who was Rangers' company secretary after the takeover, were involved in a fraudulent scheme to acquire the club. One of the men is also accused of breaching the Companies Act, while three allegedly attempted to pervert the course of justice.

    well suggest someone else then. Couldn't care less about a Rangers connection but McInnes did well at St. Johnston, think he started ok in England (was it Bristol Rovers ?) but eventually bombed. I think he's made Aberdeen better than they've been for years So I would be happy with him at Ibrox although I reckon some Championship club will snap him up before we could make him an offer
