Bill Miller withdraws bid

Recommended Posts

Who paid for the banners btw because they look like they came off the same print run at the same printers.

That size is an off cut, a friendly printer will knock you some of these for free.....:whistling:

Only one I saw on Wednesday was one about "Duff and Duffer" which was hanging from Bar72.

OK. If you're quibbling the actual statements were "Truck off Miller. Yanks no thanks" and "No thanks to asset stripping Yanks". I'm sure it's not the only reason but you're not stupid enough to believe that it had no impact on his enthusiasm for buying the club.

If Miller thought that he could walk away with millions, would a couple of pishy banners have seen him throw the towel?

Especially if you're connected with TBKs and have used said printers previously.

To avoid uncertainty, I can just about believe D&P has revived an earlier bid (Germans?) but only to keep TBK/BK on their toes

If true, that really is despicable. D&P are playing games with the club's future.

It's almost certain (IMO) that they've been playing games all along. Their games started with the player wage cut farce and have continued ever since.

It's Newco all the way now guys from whoever can put one in place and afford the working capital needed to get it off the ground and able to take on RFC's costs immediately. The CVA will have to wait in the background until the short term future is secured.
