You're as delusional as McCoist.

Hardly - if you go through our team we do have some good players. The likes of Zaliukas, Wallace, Law, Macleod, Templeton, Miller and Boyd should be able to play far better than what they currently are.

Now is the time for us to bring in a manager with some fresh ideas.

we all know that boyd and miller will score goals but what we need is players in positions beside and behind them to feed them we also need a commading defender and a hal back who can take a game by the scruff of its neck but alas the money tin at ibrox is empty and it looks like it might get worse another thing ally shpuld have had is a couple of good tacticly aware coaches beside him because in my opinion durrant and macdowal are clueless

Getting rid of McDowell and Durrant won't change much, we would still be saddled with the man who as manager is suppose to calls the shots.

The Omnishambes FC nightmare is recurring.

We had Green show his face again and now McCoist again showing why he's possibly the worst manager in Scottish professional football...............earning the biggest salary.

We shall have to disagree on what makes a good player.

Boyd and Miller are sentimental signings made in the hope of rekindling past glories and Macleod is still young so has potential. The rest are mediocre players who have won a watch when getting signed by Rangers.

What makes you think that about Durrant and McDowall?

Durrants reputation among players is garbage mate. Then there is his record as reserve manager at Rangers, it is horrendous and our disastrous capitulation at East End Park, his one and only in charge. One just needs to look at our brand of non football to see what kind of input our team of coaches put into it. We still try the same pathetic free kicks we did in their first weeks and months in charge, we still can't service strikers, we still can't cross a ball, hit corners, keep possession, pick a proper team, it's not all Allys fault, where are his sidekicks influences? They are every bit as culpable as him mate. We have professional footballers on our books who struggle with the very basics of the game, stuff we learned in primary school.

Nicky Law was in the 4th tier of Scottish football before he came to Scotland and it shows. Templeton has about 3 good games a year. Zaliukas has never amounted to anything and will not be good enough for challenging in the SPL. He also has had severe injury problems. Wallace has regressed massively and was overrated in the first place.

That said, our squad is still easily good enough to win this league and another manager would have the players performing to a far higher level. Everything Ally does negatively affects the team greatly.
