To only book Kane for kicking Bates is completely ridiculous given the red cards Ryan Jack has had this season.  Atrocious refereeing - he bottled it, simply as that.

I think there is a double jeopardy rule is there not ?  If you give up the penalty you cant also get red carded.

You have to get a goal out the dive. Or a player sent off. To get banned.
