[FT] Bayer Leverkusen 1 - 0 Rangers

Something has to change but it's difficult to see how. Can only hope for one of those games where a team under the cosh first half comes out and turns it around. Which Gerrard has iconic experience of.

Nah bro...ain't NOBODY on our squad that could get a whiff on that team. They are a whole other level. Whole other level. We ain't there. No hate, no shame, we ain't there.

I was thinking of most recent games as opposed to just tonight. He surrenders possession too easily for me

Wow we look so ordinary and that's a compliment to them. They press very quickly and hunt in packs.

Easier said than done but the middle of the park is very busy with their pressing. We need to try and utilise the ball over the top for the wide boys to get onto, it's unlikely to happen going through the middle.

Leverkusen have not played for a month? They say sharpness is first to go.

Wow, the sharpness of the Germans in all areas of the field. On the thirty minute mark, they gave the stat' that Leverkusen had completed 100 passes more than Rangers. Fortunately, they haven't notched, but I cannot say I'm surprised by the given stat'.

  • Frankie changed the title to Bayer Leverkusen 1 - 0 Rangers

I feel McGregor should be smothering that.

Tav totally beaten, though, with a simple ball. It was a good run.

I was just thinking, we look more compact and the long passes have been slightly better... :D
