  1. Has it taken 11 months to make up your mind about the forum or did you make up your mind about it some time ago? If the latter then why continue to read it? I tend not to visit the forums I don't like.
  2. I guess that's correct. It'll apply to everyone apart from one set of fans.
  3. The size of his investment is irrelevant. His level of involvement in day to day affairs is obviously the issue but there's absolutely nothing to prevent him him being a Blue Knight and investing his cash and it not impacting his day job.
  4. No reason why it shouldn't be an option for him. He can be an investor without it impacting any part of his job.
  5. Why? Does it really matter if more creditors emerge? It just means that all the creditors get less pence in the pound. It doesn't mean that the bidders have to increase their bids or have to pay more. Sounds like he's getting cold feet or believes that his bid isn't going to win and he's getting the excuses in early.
  6. I'm not aware of any such measures.
  7. Excellent first post. Totally agree. Let's hope that the pressure can get put back on the administrators to sort this out once and for all.
  8. We will remember your laughter We will remember your cheers We will remember your hatred We will remember your sneers We will remember you shouted about administration ... We will remember you then wanted liquidation We will remember how you spouted all your lies We will remember how you spoke of our demise We will remember how you filled your papers with hate We will remember how you all laughed at our fate We will remember the bbc and Radio Clyde We will remember how their gloating they couldn't hide We will remember Guidi, Young and Speirs We will remember how you laughed and wiped away tears We will remember you said the players would get no pay We will remember how you wanted our trophies taken away We will remember how you said it was the Rangers no more We will remember how into our history you tore But one day soon and it won't be long We will remember those who have done us wrong For we will be back and you can bet Those who laughed we will never forget. Picked it up from the Assembly's facebook page.
  9. So who are you guys? Absolutely no names on the website. Do any of the people involved currently use any of the main forums? It seems strange that you are asking for personal details of fans but not willing to give any yourselves. Given your objctives, what's your view of the RST? Would you be willing to work with them given they are the group currently affiliated with SD. Have you contacted SD?
  10. Maybe it was on the next day. Maybe the following weekend. Maybe it was only highlights But given @celticresearch say it's not true then let's go with that. What does @celticresearch say about TBKs, given your wish to give all the bids equal scrutiny?
  11. Agreed. I didn't like the name at the time, and still don't, but think it's wrong to change it at this point. It can serve as a reminder that we, the support, always have to be on our guard and need to keep an eye on the guardians of our club.
  12. Agreed. Even if you have no personal or business interest in their employer? Seems a bit unreasonable to me. I've got to agree with S_A. You're coming across as very defensive of TBKs. We all want answers and most questions have been asked about TBKs because they have revealed the most and therefore there's much more to ask them about. The others won't reveal as much and should be criticised for it, but it doesn't make the questioning of TBKs any less valid.
  13. How long does it take to review the rule changes? A day? Two days maximum? Sounds like an excuse.
  14. Absolutely. I'm not against asking questions and some should be answered (members of the consortium) but it's perhaps unrealistic for others to be answered at this stage.
  15. Asia Pacific. Does this mean that the consortium is not just from Singapore?
  16. I don't think anyone is revealing how much they are investing, are they? However it's difficult to get behind a bid where we don't know who the owners are going to be and why they want to invest. None of the bids are doing themselves many favours, but then again, they don't have to at this point.
  17. I know mate, and appreciate the updates. I was hoping Frankie would pick up on the question.
  18. How many are in the consortium? Are they all Asia based?
  19. And what were the outcomes of the discussions? Were there any tentitive agreements reached?
  20. Do they have a Financial Director lined up yet?
  21. Are they going to have an arrangement with Ticketus in the same way as TBKs have? Would they envisage supporter represetation on the board? How is working capital going to be funded?
  22. Group holds security over the assets of the club. Liberty hold security over Group's assets, which are the shares of Rangers. If Ticketus go after Liberty then they can only get cash from Group that they are owed and Group can only get cash from the club that they are owed. As Group are not owed anythying by the club, they have no call on their assets.....unless the club has given an additonal guarantee that nobody knows about.
  23. I can't see any way that D&P would be allowed to just pocket the fee. It's extremely unethical. Perhaps it would be deducted from the fees that they are owed but there's no other way that it would be allowed.
  24. The money would not be going to D&P. It would ultimately be the club's cash.
