  1. Where would we go though? Every time I've suggested something similar on here people find excuse why not to. 'The y would never have us in England'; 'they dont need us' etc.
  2. And on that note check this out: http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/de-graafschap-fans-invade-pitch-8026511#P8wt3v0Hs2WQUxy6.97
  3. Seems there was trouble in Holland when opposition players attacked. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/de-graafschap-fans-invade-pitch-8026511#P8wt3v0Hs2WQUxy6.97 Be interesting to see how the Dutch authorities react as a pointer to the SfA. Over to Pete... Changed the name for you.
  4. I will sign it of course, but who the hell are GLASGOW Rangers? Bad enough being called 'The Rangers' and sevco but no need for us to use an incorrect name. We are Rangers FC - check the headed notepaper if you dont believe me.
  5. Love his responses to English!
  6. Just read English on twitter; says the statement is 'bonkers' and wonders if Traynor drafted it. I'd forgotten about Jim.
  7. Disappointed that Liam McLeod's name was not mentioned. Didn't hear the English comment though. Where did he say what was alleged? But we can't grumble about the club's response. At last we have Rangers men in charge.
  8. Hope so.. need a bit of good news right now.
  9. Watching it. Not sure who I want to face next season?
  10. No, he actually said they were rioting.
  11. Charge of the Light Brigade didn't end too well did it? (Joke)
  12. Genuine query here. if the authorities take no appropriate action, can the club take out private prosecutions for assault? After all, many of the offenders have been outed already on facebook etc. We cannot wait till a player gets killed.
  13. Now that sounds a bit like paranoia if I may say so. wilson is nothing like Glenn gibbons or some other more biased journos. I read it again and see no propaganda; it all seems to exonerate us, not like Liam McLeod who said live on air, "the Rangers fans are rioting".
  14. particularly by those who ran towards the Rangers end to goad the opposition support and players. Is that not what he said?
  15. Tavernier has been a boon to us in the lower tier with his 14 or 15 goals. But the guy cannot defend. I think we may have to sacrifice his goals for a more conventional right back.
  16. Care to elaborate on that?
  17. I think he meant the 'lumpenproletariat'. I am proud to be called working class.
  18. Seems a balanced article by richard Wilson. To be fair, most of the media are blaming the Hibs fans. Imagine if this was a terrorism incident. The authorities are very quick to use social media and video footage. Should be able to do the same here.
  19. I heard a Hibs player say they worked on set pieces all week; they got 2 goals from them. What input is D. Weir having? Must do something about the right side of our defence, particularly.
  20. Slightly off topic maybe but how come we don't see pitch invasions in the English FA cup final? Is Wembley fenced? Can they legally fence people in these days? If not how do they stop it?
  21. That might be the answer but what happens every time we bring this up? This board fills up with folk telling us how England doesn't want us and it would never happen, blah blah.. The recent football league re-vamp might finally give us that chance.
  22. That would be punishing the support. I think that's a good idea and I'm sure Eufa have plenty of precedents with Italian clubs for example.
  23. I'm not sure Eufa would allow that. Is there a precedent. In any event I wanted us to qualify fairly; giving the spot to us would be like the Legia Warsaw scenario with the Keltic. I want a bit of dignity.
  24. That's a better suggestion; punish the 'fans.'
  25. Exactly - the fans, so-called. They can surely be identified. They don't care what punishment the club would get
