  1. They only publish Sunday papers on Sunday though.
  2. But if it was on FF then surely it must be true.
  3. I give you one reason why he should not have been allowed to pull on the old blue jersey Of course his complete lack of talent would be enough on its own but there's never any harm reminding ourselves of where this person has been.
  4. Bit of a rumour doing the rounds that the Holy Polish Goalie may have been involved in shenanigans of a gambling nature and that it may be in the public domain before another week has passed. I do remember a goal conceded against Hibs that almost defied belief but perhaps that's being too unkind. Heh heh heh. Anyone heard anything?
  5. I'd have thought those four pages provided ample evidence of just how rudderless our particular wee boat has been. At least I think they did.
  6. That's right - you and Walter stick with strikers who can't score goals. How does it go again, prejudice over performance?
  7. Sorry Frankie, it sullied the memory of a far better man than Sandy Jardine, who isn't fit to lace the boots of a true Rangers man like Bobby Shearer. Jardine disgraced the entire Rangers family and his continued presence at the club continues to shame us.
  8. Battle fever. How good does that sound? How long is it since Rangers talked like that. Nowadays all I hear from Rangers is how great a club are sellick and how we need to catch them up. When Murray told us that sellick fans were more loyal than us it was obvious he could never lead this club back to the top. He's a spineless bastard who wouldn't know battle fever if he lived to be a hundred.
  9. I thought Mr Jardine was our resident ass kisser and desperate survivor. I don't think I've ever seen anyone make such a gonad of himself or keep his head down so doggedly after he was caught telling porkies about Bobby Shearer's tribute. Come the revolution, his name will be on the list.
  10. A confident and ambitious Rangers manager would be thinking how to best use Fleck and how to get service to Boyd. Smith on the other hand will be looking for "experience" to kill the game and minimise the risk of defeat. Sellick are in real trouble, possibly on the brink of losing their way. If Smith does a Manchester he should be hounded from the club with his arse being kicked all the way. being so afraid to lose that you are unable to win is not what we need or want at Rangers. The one glimmer of hope is that the old fart might actually be aware of some of his critics and be listening.
  11. It will take everyone only a coupe of minutes to pen a brief note objecting to the appointment of this Rangers-hating scumbag. Media bias can only grow if these people assume positions of influence. The leasy we can do is complain before the fact. It's so little effort for so much gain.
  12. I'm sitting here at one end of the week, looking at an OF game at the other end. And I'm somewhat concerned at this news today that our goal-shy striker is fit again and apparently making the squad for Parkhead. It's looking increasingly likely the Runaround Kid will get a place after all. Which doesn't fill me with hope or confidence. I really thought we would be spared an appearance from the talentless Mr Misser. Oh dear.
  13. I came across the following article and thought this represented an opportunity for all bears to make a contribution. I hope you'll agree and add your own offering. It is interesting information whatever you choose to do. Following the departure of Scotland on Sunday editor Les Snowdon, a few new names are being mentioned as his replacement. One of them is our old friend, the recently ahem…… “surplus to requirement” editor of the Scottish Daily Mail, Kevin McKenna. Some of you may remember this piece of human waste - the former Troops Out Movement member and Irish News journalist who once announced in Vesuvio Restaurant that the Enniskillen atrocity was “a legitimate act of war” and that Protestants were “low-life's and “bred illegitimate children like rabbits”. McKenna, who at the time was editor of the Celtic View, was subsequently dismissed from his position after a Sun expose. Reporting on the SoS situation yesterday, The Sunday Herald described McKenna as being “unavailable for comment”. A nice wee dig at the horrible creature who’s learned his lesson having been passed over for the Herald editor’s job a few years back. At the time “The Mad Bomber” had been running around The Rogano restaurant telling anyone who would listen that the job was “in the bag”. Once a slabbering wretch…….. When McKenna was after the Herald editor’s job, I encouraged members of another website to write to their managing director expressing disgust that he was even being considered for the position. Many did. I would humbly suggest every one of us email Scotland on Sunday owners Johnston Press’ Chairman Ian Russell informing him that should the putrid bigot McKenna get the job, you will cease to purchase ANY Johnston Press publications. Make sure you tell him why. Also inform Mr. Russell he has enough to contend with trying to reverse falling sales without alienating the whole Rangers support and Protestants in general (as well as any other right-thinking person) by appointing McKenna. We must hound this cockroach to the end of the earth. Make sure he knows we’re watching his every move. Front-runner for the SoS position is current deputy editor Tom Little. irussell@johnstonpress.co.uk
  14. Fukk off you whining, softie, pinko, leftie, hand-wringing, easily-pleased, glass-half-full, farking optimist. No soft views developing here .:box: Unless of course you want to talk about players who could actually play a bit and who could actually do a job for the club - then I've nothing but praise and I'll be as soft as you like. Same for officials. I'll give you some templates to be going on with - Jock Wallace, Bobby Shearer, Richard Gough. When you see guys like these walking around Auchenhowie, let me know and I'll give up moaning for good.
  15. Listen mate, you obviously don't know what you're talking about. He's got a lot less charisma than that.
  16. Not even if he grew it on the end of his forked tongue would this bear get off Miller's useless back. As for McCUlloch, I'd rather not ruin my day by thinking about him.
  17. It's always safer that way. It means you never risk actually having to come up with an alternative plan.
  18. Where have you appeared from Norris. Suddenly I no long feel so alone. :D:D
  19. Well said Norris, well said indeed. There is a great deal of truth in what you say, both about Richard Gough and about the weak-kneed asswipes who parade the management corridors at Ibrox.
  20. Of course there is a school of thought that we've got the Chairman, CEO and manager that we deserve. How much do we do to change the situation - not necessarily holding up banners at the front door of Ibrox but even writing a note on complaint. For all you say about customers being king, they only ever get noticed when they complain, no matter what the business involved. I'd be very surprised if one supporter in 20,000 has ever written to the club, which is hardly as basis for changing anything. Could this be one reason why Murray chastises internet posters as unrepresentative?
  21. Or, if they won't insist on something like this, the SFA might take a more reasonable approach to pitch inspections - or even give the option to switch to the opposition's ground if they can provide such pitch protection. I know there are no guarantees where the weather is concerned but surely the SFA could be more proactive. These muppets are stuck in the 1950's.
  22. Every member should now complain in writing to both the SFA and the media. A lot of other fans are now doing so - speak out or be seen to accept this nonsense.

    Game Off

Eddie Smith eh? There's a definition of Rangers hating incompetence. Terrible situation for those fans who were well on the road (or ferry) before Saint Eddie called the game off. It should have been cancelled yesterday - any damn fool could have assumed the game to be in danger. Who will cover the expenses of these fans - that's right, no one.
  24. Fantastic first season but fell away a bit after that. On the whole a surprisingly effective signing, possibly the best free transfer I have seen. I have this abiding memory of his final few months however, staggering about on one leg before falling over. He seemed quite lightweight in a way I don't remember in his first year at the club.
  25. I'm 63% sure Bluedell's stats are 47% inaccurate. Fact!
