My birthday is also the 9th of September. Dunno if I can be bothered going to Hampden but I'll defo be out on the piss for the game.

Liverpool should strengthen their left midfield area during the summer because Zenden is bollocks, Kewell is far to injury prone and the summer signings haven't worked ie Gonzalez. I'd pick Kewell ahead of Zenden for that position tonight.

AC Milan for me. I don't think they'll fuck up like they did 2 years ago plus they'll be out for revenge! Anyway, I've stuck £5 on Riise to score anytime at 8/1. This time last year I was in Paris for the Arsenal Barca game. Can't believe a year has passed already!

You guys are forgetting all about Novo!

Is Sean Connery free to persuade him to sign?
-
Someone mentioned his name last week. Never heard of him, never seen him play so can't really comment. Anyone knwo what he's like in FM07? That's always a reliable source.

Only the winner should be listed. As Gribz says, no one remembers the losers! Only the winners have been listed in recent years too. How many replies have you had in total Jon?

Does he have a gammy knee?
-
He's mince!! Good players should be able to adapt to any league they play in. He played 2 decent games this season - Motherwell and Dundee Utd.
-
If true I'll be sad to see Sebo go but as for Svensson and Sionko, they can GTF! Kinda hoped Svensson would improve but he hasn't been given a chance. He was average at best and couldn't win a header for life nor money. I'm not even going to waste my breath talking about Sionko. Flops on way out If that article is to be believed the players signing are: Naismith Whittaker McCulloch Webster Cuellar
-
He should leave the Jam Terts. He's a class keeper and deserves to play for a club with stability and who have a chance of winning silverware every season.
-
Realistically, who do you think it'll be?? I'm saying Naismith from Killie.
-
To be fair on Thomson, he was brought in when we had pretty much nothing to play for. 2nd place was always going to be ours when WS steadied the ship while Celtic were walking their way towards the title. Next season will be his big test.
-
Jamie fuckin' Langfield? That has to be a joke. Someone's on the wind-up!
-
In answer to your sibject heading Gribz.... Thank fuck!!! Another disasterous season is finally over.
-
If Ian Holloway wasn't managing Plymouth he should be the new captain. The guy is hilarious!!
-
Doesn't neccesarily mean he's leaving Fraser. Look at Terry and Lampard when they lost the league at The Emirates, they went over to the Chelski fans and threw their tops into the crowd. Sometimes the players do that to thank the fans for their support throughout the season.

It's just the SPLs way of continuing the excitement level for the title chasing and relegation threatened clubs but in all honesty it's a total farce. More often than not the title is decided before the split. The SPL are a joke! Bring back the winter break and scrap the split. So really Falkirk finished 6th and Hibs 7th. Good cause Hibs are shite!

I'd play Carrick before Hargreaves. I would've thought Man Ure needed an attacking midfielder cause Scholes is nearing the end of his career.
-
Why do Man Ure need another keeper? They've already got Van der Sar, Foster and the boy whose name beings with K.
-
Shit shit game! Nevermind, my draw prediciton came up and I won a whole £15. BTW, who thought Giggs goal should've stood? I do.
-
I fancy a draw. Stuck £5 on the draw and £5 on Ronaldo to score 1st.

By signing old players WS isn't building for the future. It'll get us out a hole for a very short time then before we know it we'll be back in said hole struggling again. Of course I'm supporting Rangers but for a few reasons decided against renewing my ST - WS being one of those reasons. Prso is a tough one, he did very little for us this season but his personality in the dressing room would've been beneficial.
-
What about 37 year old Weir and 30 something injury prone Ehiogu? Weir may have been excellent for us this season but he's at the end of his playing days. WS is tactially inept in europe and can't hack it. His 4-5-1 formation is shocking, especially when we're at home playing teams we should be beating easy (Killie). He's had his day and should never have come back. As for Darcheville, I'm actually quite excited about him playing for us next season.
