  1. Big Daly was excellent on Saturday. His link-up really makes a difference to us. The goals will come for him and no doubt he will set a good few for the likes of Clark, Law and Little.
  2. That would be an huge own goal from the Green camp if that were the case. The fans are demanding answers.
  3. Do you honestly think the pair of them will be able to work together if Green comes through this EGM? No chance McCoist will be out the door and Walter will go with him.
  4. I wish we only had one fan body representing the entire united support but we as fans can't even do that. There's infighting in the stands and infighting within the club. It's a disaster.
  5. It's a nice theory but we all know it's gonna be one or the other. That's the reality of the situation.
  6. The key man in all of this will now be Walter Smith. As soon as Walter nails his colours to the mast then the vast majority of supporters will follow. I'm Ally's biggest fan but yesterday's result was indefensible. However, it's going to come down to McCoist v Green and there's only one winner there for me.
  7. Why is McColl continually linked with us and then continually states that he won't put any money in? Put up or shut up.
  8. It really is time for Jim McColl to step up. Only rumour that's been around Glasgow more was Alan Smith coming to Rangers every January transfer window.
  9. Would like to see the same back 4 play tomorrow. I think Templeton and Aird will come in with Daly and Law dropping out. Hard fought 2-0 win for us I think.
  10. Remember we used to talk about the football. Will be interesting to see the big hitters from each side line up.
  11. Governing body in making-things-up-as-it-goes-along shocker.
  12. Not sure what to make of this one. We can't afford to pay Pandza until we get rid of a few players but have the money to pay for a business consultant.
  13. Quite pleased with that news to be honest. Looks like the gloves are off in terms of the club fighting back.
  14. The point I always make to any Dhims is that If we were a so-called 'new club' why are you getting so annoyed about it? Surely if a new club came into the league without any history no-one would bother about them? It gets them every time. They get themselves in a right mess over it; it proves they hate our club more than they love their own which is tragic and embarrassing to me.

  16. I think we have to learn to box clever when it comes to our songbook. No-one loved belting out The Billy Boys more than me but if the song, and others like it, damage the club then we have to stop it. As long we don't mention anything that relates to FTP, paramilitary organisations and ****** B's then no-one can touch us. We can still retain our British identity without getting into trouble with the authorities.
  17. Can't see this happening. I can't see why Ashley would sell his stake in Newcastle and buy us.
  18. Spot on about Stuart McCall. So under-rated. I thought he should have been made captain for the 10IAR season when Gough went off to America. Couldn't understand why Advocaat didn't try and keep him as he had another 2 or 3 seasons left in him.
  19. I don't think we should ever lose our British identity as long as any songs we sing do not get the club in bother with the authorities.
  20. Winning the league and the Ramsdens Cup is a minimum. I want to see us doing well in the cups but I also want to see us playing better football. I want to go to Ibrox this season and actually enjoy myself.
  21. During the last couple of seasons of the 9 in a row era we actually played three at the back so if Laudrup played religiously on the right or the left wing he would have had to play wing back. Laudrup always played off the striker in a free role.
  22. The madness of Scottish football summed up in one SPFL press release.
  23. GK - The Goalie RB Gary Stevens LB Davie Robertson CB Richard Gough CB Carlos Cuellar RM Claudio Reyna CM Gio van Bronckhorst CM Paul Gascoigne LM Brian Laudrup CF Ally McCoist CF Mark Hateley
  24. Wonder how much cash and how many suits were sat around the table at Hampden to come up with this. Scottish football needs to get over its obsession with the English game. Instead of looking over at the riches on offer we should be looking at leagues in countries that are of similar size to ourselves, see what they are doing to make their football more attractive to fans and sponsors and take it from there.
