  1. In the region of £2.5-3m apparently. Looks like Gow's turned down Burnely which means we're gonna have to give them more money as part of the Lafferty deal.
  2. Official site: IN light of media reports today, Rangers Football Club can confirm we have received a bid for striker Kris Boyd which was rejected.
  3. He's 6ft 5in.. someone name me a 6ft 5in winger? He's an out and out striker who has scored 10 goals in 85 games..
  4. I am so fucking baffled by this. We have brought in 3 strikers (I refuse to believe that Lafferty can be effective playing wide so anyone saying he's of the versatile nature needs to convince me) when, arguably, the striking area is the one which needed strengthening the LEAST considering we had/have plenty of options in that area. As Craig said, a creative midfielder and a right back are MUSTS and if the whole budget has been splashed on 3 strikers then Walter has lost any confidence I had in him..
  5. Jesus Christ... I give up, lads. 'Good sources' have been saying we had £6m to spend.. if that's to be believed then it's ALL been used on these 3? Fuck right off, if that's the case.
  6. Considering the signings we make a long with these fixtures and taking into consideration there's always one or two teams who get off to flyers.. we could be in the bottom 6 after the first 5 games.
  7. We'll have an interesting battle with Hibs, Dundee Utd, Hearts, Motherwell and Aberdeen for a European finish in the league at this rate.
  8. I don't particularly like Liverpool but seeing them pair up would be brilliant. Word is he wants to stay in Spain, though so he could be a straight replacement for Eto'o in the Barca team.
  9. Was talking to a mate earlier about David Villa. We both hate Liverpool but agree it would be cool to see him and Torres pairing up in the Premiership, then I found this photo. Whoever made that is a genuis. Obviously taken from Torres' goal celebrations for Spain against Russia and the guy has just gone to work on it. Just thought I'd share it.. clearly done by a guy with too much time on his hands but it still looks fucking excellent.

    Stadium changes

Never gonna happen, so not even worth thinking about.
  11. I can't see the connection between the top and the design to be honest.
  12. Sure he was born in Exeter, was he not?
  13. I'm actually tempted to not read a newspaper, internet article or even a forum until September at this rate. Depressing.
  14. Again.. utter shite we're being linked with.
  15. We all need to remember the reasoning for this match in the first place. Yeah, it's Trinidad and Tobago's centenary but that's not the main reason. Jack Warner is the vice president of FIFA, the president of CONCACAF (the region in which North/Central America and Carribean sides represent in World Cup qualifying and so on), and is also an MP in Trinidad and Tobago. Most importantly, he himself decides who CONCACAF vote for to get the World Cup in 2018.. which England are bidding for. That's the main reason. So Beckham was made captain for this one off game for PR purposes as much as anything. Must say, when you think about it.. brilliant move by England.
  16. Rangers are lining up a bid for West Brom midfielder Jonathan Greening. (The People) The shite we're getting linked with is ridiculous.
  17. Craig's right. And Ricky, nothing personal here but I genuinely have never seen the point in any fan of a different club taking the time and effort to post on an opposing sides forum. that goes for any club nevermind the Old Firm. Don't take this as a 'run along back to where you came from', but merely me being mystified as to just why you're here.
  18. This is fast becoming the most dis-heartening transfer window in years and we've not even signed anyone yet.
  19. George Boateng? Marlon Harewood? Fucking hell how far we've fallen to being linked with some of the dross we have been recently.
  20. Daniel Cousin is ready to leave Rangers to win a dream move to England this summer. The powerful striker looked set to depart Ibrox during the January transfer window after Fulham had a bid accepted for his services. However, Fifa red tape blocked the switch as rules stipulate players cannot appear for three different clubs in the same season after Cousin made a brief appearance for Lens before making the move to Rangers. Following the disappointment of seeing his move to Fulham fall through, Cousin returned to Rangers and helped the club go all the way to the Uefa Cup final and win the Scottish Cup. Cousin scored ten league goals in 14 starts for Rangers and also scored in the two impressive European wins over Lyon and Werder Bremen. Fulham are believed to be ready to rekindle their interest in the big target man, with a number of other Premier League sides keeping tabs on Cousin. Real professional (LOL) Cousin's agent Willie McKay has confirmed the player has his heart set on a switch to England this summer. "I would expect Daniel to leave Rangers this summer and he is still very interested in a move to England," McKay told skysports.com. "He was disappointed when the move to Fulham in January was blocked, but he showed what a real professional he was by returning to Rangers and scoring a few important goals for them. "He would love the chance to play in the Premier League and there is interest from a number of clubs." Good riddens. Up there with my most disliked players in the Club's history.
