  1. The first offer must have been some kind words and Clinton cards voucher!
  2. You've fallen for their nonsense as well? They (RTC, PMGB, CQN) have been accurate with things like the HMRC case at the start and have predicted we would go into Administration. Everything else has been pure guesswork and as de Berliner says "doom singing". If you make enough predictions of doom with Rangers then you will inevitably hit the mark with some of it, such is our plight. What you don't see is that all of these blogs have made predictions that were simply made up. None of these blogs will ever admit to that because they are too busy glorifying the little details that they did get correct. RTC is a strange one, I actually think that it's a different person who authors it now. The tone has changed from informative and "in the know" about the various tax cases to simply being another anti-Rangers activist and hater. No information from within HMRC, no dates and times of events, just rabid hate and talk of sporting integrity. Those words have become bywords for bigotry in my book, in the same way as "succulent lamb".
  3. I disagree with that part 54 buddy, much as they would like to label us a Protestant club we are nowhere near as intertwined with any religion as they are with Catholicism. I'd love to properly survey this but I'd guess that most of the 50,0000 inside Ibrox wouldn't class themselves as religious at all however if you did the same at a packed Celtic Park (long time since that''s happened I know) I'd guess that 90% of them would tell you that they were Catholic.
  4. What have the RST ever done for us?
  5. That's probably one of the most heart rending things I've ever read. Bless your wee cotton socks
  6. My only fear would be that Celtic would make a massive attempt to get into the English leagues due to non competition in their domestic league. This is the only way that UEFA and the FA could be forced into allowing it. Imagine we start in SFL3 and work our way up only to be left behind by Celtic while they work up from League 2?
  7. It really is a fantastic achievement by the mutants that we are seen so unilaterally as cheats and are guilty of heinous crimes against sporting integrity. Only one clubs fans are capable of such a witch hunt and smear campaign on the scale of what we're subjected to now and it's not us. Sectarian hatred is an ugly beast.
  8. As Bill Ng would say...what a plick.
  9. What is it you want us to do Brianb oh exalted one? What's your plan?
  10. Mahdi al-Tajir Get it done son!
  11. I keep hearing that we need to be punished for this and sanctioned for that but as a football club what have we done to merit such vitriolic blood lust? We all know that the actions of one man have brought upon the sanctions already imposed and while I think it's unfair to say that we(the club and fans) can't be separated from his actions I do think that's just an unfortunate symptom of being so royally shafted by Murray in the end. What specific transgressions have we committed? I'm genuinely interested in people's views as to what these are.
  12. Tut tut young lady.
  13. All the passion, commitment and loyalty that we are famous for and we are represented by a group with less than 2,000 members....it just doesn't add up. If this was a company loyalty scheme the guy who set it up would have been sacked long ago.
  14. I heard he was supposed to take her out on a date but never turned up and never called.
  15. Glad Ticketus aren't involved, we deserve to be free from that particular millstone and it may well be the case if Whizzer & Chips are successful with their court case. See one MR C Whyte c/o Liberty Capital Virgin Islands chaps.
  16. So not only did he fund the purchase of the club with it's own assets, we paid for the due diligence as well? You have to hand it him he has more tricks up hi sleeve than Dynamo.
  17. Sarah Bell ^ Maybe not quite a dollybird but would be a welcome port in a 6 pint storm :-)
  18. Massive party when all this is over, who's in?
  19. A bidders cash, we would have effectively bought the club for someone else but he (Kennedy?) would then only have to fund short term and carry out the restructuring. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
  20. Would you allow your season ticket money to be used to fund a bid? I don't mean the Utopian dream of fan ownership I mean simply paying your ST money to guarantee that there will be a club to go and watch in later years? It's a yes from me.
  21. It's Newco all the way now guys from whoever can put one in place and afford the working capital needed to get it off the ground and able to take on RFC's costs immediately. The CVA will have to wait in the background until the short term future is secured.
  22. This is the clearest sign that the lunatics have taken over the asylum. Lennon is being rewarded for displaying behaviour that wouldn't be tolerated on the street let alone by any other football association in Europe. It sickens me what they are getting away with while we lie powerless to stop them. Seriously sickened by this news. And they want to preach to us about sporting integrity? Bunch of cnuts!
  23. Signed from Airdrie, Liverpool have been sniffing about him though.

Woe betide them if ever they run into hard times or if they are ever found to have been up to anything dodgy, or any other club for that matter. We're being persecuted in our own country for our loyalty to a football club it's a travesty.
  25. “I wish him well in uncovering some smoking gun because, as it is, his reputation is taking a bit of a battering among real journalists in Scotland who have been on the receiving end of spiteful taunts from Old Firm fans for decades" This will sting Mr Thomson's ego, he is doing real damage to his reputation with every passing week. I have sensed a different approach from him more recently though..he seems to be cultivating the view that Rangers fans carry this weight of guilt around with us and want us to "do the right thing" and resign from the SPL. Why should we?, we've done nothing wrong.
