I've reread an earlier letter and I get it now. My mind is not as sharp as it used to be. Forgive me, I am having difficulty keeping up.

Look at it this way. I have been going to Ibrox since 1967. Bought my first season ticket in 1978 when I started working and gave it up 3 years ago because I was bored with the rubbish that was the SPL and with the negative play on the park. I can certainly not be accused of being a glory hunter or a traitor. I will be buying a season ticket next year, as close to the guy that I sold mine to as I can get. It works both ways. People do what they think is right.

I will wait and see what the terms are. In principle I do not think we should have accepted it but always thought Green would and if he has managed to wheedle a compromise out of them so much the better. Is it a season or year long ban?

Can't get in, lifetime ban for being reasonable! What does it say?

18 months? I did listen to this but obviously not carefully enough. I did hear him saying CW was involved before the official takeover but didn't hear that about D&P.

The hypocrisy of Lennon beggars belief. Having been involved in a tax evasion scheme of his own any decent person would be keeping a low profile. Why has this been kept out of the media and why do none of them challenge his hypocricy?

It has gone very quiet. It has gone quiet on here. Mr Green has gone very quiet. Nothing on the club's website. Nothing from Ally. Nothing from the SPL, SFL or SFA. We are desperate for information. How to interpret this? What is the stumbling block? Is it fit and proper person stuff? Is it sanctions? Is CG putting up a fight? Is it better to hold these discussions in private? Well, yes, after the last public hanging I think so, but then that depends on the outcome. Driving me daft.

Will this commission be any more independent than the appelate tribunal?

It will be interesting to see what he says tomorrow.

Now the silence from them is explained. Carefully orchestrated for maximum effect. We are being outmanoevered by their PR machine at every turn. I say it again, time for the club to speak out and the supporter groups.

Home and away? Surely it is invitational? We shouldn't participate, but no doubt it is another condition of our membership!

I have not a shred of sympathy for any of them.

I think it is time we heard from someone at the club. What are the conditions for us to have our membership transferred by the SFA? 1. Obviously the "fit and proper person" criteria. 2. The transfer ban. 3. What else? Are the EBT's and these ridiculous punishments part of it? No trial, decision already taken etc etc. If it is "only 1 and 2 do we accept it, get in, then fight the EBT thing? If it is all of them we are goosed. If we choose to fight it we won't get in, the place will go to someone else. If we say the conditions are not accepable I cannot see us being able to play anywhere else while there are still "outstanding punishments" with the SFA.

Will the same rules be applied to other clubs in other associations and by UEFA to all clubs who had EBTs? By this course of action the SFA are hanging us out to dry.

HMRC have said they are not going to ask Rangers for the tax but chase the individuals who benefited from the loans.

Allan Rennie now saying this was the Div 1 deal. It lets us see how they are thinking on this.

One of the Rangers Directors took the evidence to the SFA IIRC. I have been dreading this but surely to God this is the last of it. There was reference to side letters which they view as constituting dual contracts. There has been talk of playing unregistered players. That's all I can remember. None of this detail has been on twitter. I suppose we will find out some of the detail tomorrow. More from Twitter DR. Saying it reads like an all party agreement. To be truthful I have been expecting that we don't really have a case in this.
