  2. I agree that team does look good, the only problem i would have with it is the lack of width, if ICT decide to defend on the edge of the box i would rather we tried to attack down the flanks and get some decent balls into the box, i think we might struggle to break them down with such a narrow formation.
  3. I know its a bit early in the week to be discussing this but this place is dead so whats everyones thoughts on the team for the visit of ICT? I would go for: -------------McGregor---------- -Bardsley---J-Rod--Papac---Smith Buffel----Fergie---Hemdani----Adam -----------Sebo---Prso---- I really hate to leave Boydy out my team but i think Sebo deserves a start after pulling us out the shit against the sheep. I dont think we can leave Prso out after he has had a wee break with the internationals, i did consider putting Prso on the left but with our lack of wingers i think we need to play the one fit natural winger we have. Playing Buffel wide on the right isnt exactly ideal but i do think hes our best option there just now.
  4. It is a pity about Clement but i wouldnt like to see Hemdani at the back again, i thought he really struggled in the game against Molde.
  5. How do you know for certain mate? I thought that it was going to be pretty complicated to work out who plays who when and where and thats why Uefa arent going to release it until around 12 o clock.

    Liar, Liar

I agree, on this occasion, just not reading the p[aper is not going to solve the problem as we cannot stop other people reading this shite and thier opinion of us being influenced by it. Something seriously needs done about this. Is there an e-mail address for the new PR department?
  7. I wouldnt have minded joining you in Prague mate as long as i wasnt around when you told the Mrs where you were going.
  8. From the official site: Some really good teams in every pot. Cant wait for the draw now. Who would you prefer in our group?
  9. I think it would be a good thing if Tommy B starts tonight, i think they will sit in and try to hit us on the break so we will need as many creative players as possible to try to break them down.
  10. Well said mate, we really must play our part tonight and get behind the team for the entire match. I really hope we can get an early goal because i know how impatient some Rangers fans are and can just imagine them getting on the teams back if we are not winning before half time and when that frustration reaches the pitch, it usually effects the teams performance, usually resulting in us pumping the ball from back to front.
  11. I cant believe the luck or lack of luck that the wee man has had this year.
  12. RANGERS have been rocked by the news that Chris Burke is out of action for three months after damaging his shoulder in last weekend's Old Firm match. Burke has damaged the ligaments in his left shoulder after being heavily challenged by Aiden McGeady 19 minutes into the second half and had to be replaced. He went for tests this week and the prognosis is not good. He requires surgery, which will take place on Friday, and then it will be 12 weeks before he is back in action. In other words, Burke won't play again this year and will miss the entire Group Stage of the UEFA Cup, should Rangers qualify tomorrow night. It is the third injury problem the 22-year-old winger has suffered this season. He damaged his ankle in a training accident in South Africa which ruled him out of the start off the campaign and then he missed three matches after being crocked by Fernando Ricksen in the friendly with Zenit St Petersburg. It could not have happened at a worse time for the young player, who is in the final year of his contract with Rangers and wants to sign up for life. He said: "This is the club I was brought up with and I want to stay here for a long time."
  13. Martin would do a good job on the rigt mate and might get the nod ahead of Sionko but it just goes to show if the fans cant agree on our best team then PLG has no chance of keeping all of us happy.
  14. I actually meant that it was our best possible team for Thursday, With Burke out i see Sionko as our second choice right mid.
  15. I pretty much see this as our best team, i have been on holiday for a fortnight so havent seen the Cup game where Hemdani played at the back, it seems that he done well so i see no reason why he shouldnt fill in there tomorrow night.
  16. Sorry mate but i disagree, those three main strikers you mention are all playing for 1 position in the current system, im happy with that situation at least until January, i would rather see Ashikodi get a game before Novo.
  17. What a signing this is for the hammers.
  18. Ive just heard from a reliable source that Graveson has left Parkhead and wont be hanging around for the press confrence that was booked for this afternoon. My source earlier heard that Newcastle came in with a better offer than septics. He is one unhappy bhoy. Please let this be true.
  19. This is all i can find mate. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vFdgvoH9JE
  20. apparantly they are bottom of the league with just nine games to go.
  21. Anyone noticed the subgroup that Hearts have to face: Schalke Sparta Praha Lokamotiv Moscow Fenerbache Blackburn Thnk Feck we are seeded.
  22. I agree it might come back to haunt us if they do shit and so i know i should want them to do well but i just cant help myself, i hope they get totally pumped. Small minded Loyal RSC.
  23. Its at 12 O'clock, it is usually 11 right enough.
  24. Gaz, only 3 out of the starting 11 were playing at the weekend, out of the rest of them, only 3 have started a competative game all season which leaves 5 players playing that havent played competatively for us this season. Then you have to consider, how many out of that team were bothering there arse, we struggle to keep Buffel interested for a full SPL game never mind a meaningless friendly, Adam played out of position as did Hemdani and Novo hasnt kicked his arse for well over a year now. The one that did surprise me is Sionko, he really impressed me the first couple of games and i thought he might have been up for it last night to impress PLG. Personally, im not to bothered about the result last night at the end of the day it was a chance for our fringe players to get a run out.
  25. Looking at that starting XI, im not surprised we got humped, obviously PLG wasnt taking it very seriously, as everyone has said the big disapointment is Burkey's injury and yes Nando is a wank, i was working last night so havent seen any of the game but i can just imagine that wee prick flying into challenges all over the place. I cant imagine why he was trying to show PLG what he can do, PLG has allready said Nando is a good player and was due to play a big part in our team, it is Nando's discipline, attitude and off field problems that have resulted in us getting shot of him, so what does Nando do to prove him wrong? He goes flying into challenges, starts fights on the pitch and all in all shows a lack of discipline and poor attitude. Way to prove him wrong Nando.
