Love that song from the NI fans. Cheers for the Vid Cammy

Brilliant stuff. Boruc at fault for the first and the 3rd Northen Ireland goal. That was 'mini Ibrox just wait til he gets to real Ibrox in a few weeks :)

Simple question simple answer - Rangers first Scotland 2nd and very much so. I even hate the build up to International week because it's so quiet on Rangers front. I'd be pleased if Scotland won the WC but lets face it, not very likely to happen is it. I suppose the same could be said of Rangers and the CL!

I can see why the dislike is there now then I thought it was just because that wee Hunt plays for them or something. In fact both of them are there now aren't they
-
Birmingham and Wolves for me. Not a great fan of Reading either tbh. What have you guys got against them SA/Gav?
-
Bhougherra by a country mile for POTY. Depends if Boyd's goals win us the League or not though:fish:
-
Can't see why he isn't getting back in our team. Yet another fabulous decision by our management team. Good luck to Smith. I'm sure he would so well down there if the move to Cardiff comes off
-
Another poll that will split this board right down the middle I am guessing. WS by a long way for me. PLG was a complete disaster and although he is now doing far better with PSG in France IIRC he had TWO seasons with them battling relegation before he turned them around. We would have finished at least 4th if he had stayed IMO. At Ibrox you can't afford to have 2 mediocre seasons and say 'oh well it doesn't matter' The Ferguson affair was just a smoke screen for PLG's quick exit

Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Friedel has had the red card he received in Sunday's defeat at Liverpool rescinded by the Football Association. The American was sent off after 63 minutes of the 5-0 drubbing at Anfield after he was adjudged have brought down Fernando Torres after the striker burst through on goal. Villa's appeal was upheld on Tuesday, meaning Friedel will be available for their next Premier League game at Manchester United on April 5. The news is a boost for Martin O'Neill's men, whose bid to finish in a Champions League place has faltered in recent weeks.

Whats the alternatives as far as Scotland are concerned though SA? I don't rate Whittaker myself and he wouldn't be in any Rangers team for me, but I don't think there is great choice as far as Scotland are concerned. HGraham Alexander is about the only one I can think of and he must be in his late 30's by now because he seems to have been around forever:whistle:

We did the same thing with Novo a couple of months back too. The unwillingness to make changes and spot things like this is one of the most galling aspects of our Management team at the present time
-
They really are awesome at times. How we held them to a 0-0 at Ibrox I'll never know. We did well in the Nou Camp too considering what has happened to some Spanish sides there. Anyway back on topic - Barca could be the ones to watch as far as English teams are concerned. Bayern will be doing well to get past Barca
-
It's certainly game on as far as the EPL Title race is concerned. 2 close finishes in Britain this season to come. The Villa-Pool game was excellent in the first half and Villa were unfortunate to be 3 down. What a shame for Mr O'Neill:flipa:

Makes it even more annoying that we mucked it up yet again yesterday. They are a poor poor side and we still haven't got the bottle to put them out of sight. We should be in front in the League never mind thinking 'oh well it's only 3'
-
Webster is injured permanently. Waste of a wage. Mind you he's not the only that you could say that about at Ibrox

I'm not backing him just saying what I thought about the celebration
-
I never read anything into the celebrations to be honest. Probably more of a dig at his critics in the media I would reckon

First half was some of the best football and pressing I have seen from us this season. To let that slip is unforgivable and the blame lies squarely at the feet of WS and his backroom staff. "We've Blown it" is the headline on most of the papers this morning. I've seen that headline once too often now I'm afraid. All this guff coming from Smith about 'We still have to play Celtic at Ibrox' Correct me if I'm wrong but we still only get 3 points for beating Celtic and we're going to be at least 5 behind going into that game at this rate:(

Hearts will come and sit in and defend and try to do a Caley. I think we'll sneak it 1-0. Won't be pretty but then whats new... welcome to Walter Smith's Rangers.

Nacho tried 100% as usual but he could have done with a decent pair of boots on. Half the time he ended up on his arse. Agree completely on Mendes as well and it's been needed pointing out for a few weeks now. A few of our fans seem to see him as some kind of God. Sorry one good game in 10 and a few wonder strikes a season is far from God-like in my eyes
-
Brilliant result. Not seen it because I was working. Couldn't believe it as my mate was texting me the scores. Man U are still very much in the driving seat in terms of the Title though
-
Who would you play at left-midfield next week...?
Whosthedado replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Novo loves playing against them and they seem to hate when he plays - all adds up to Nacho starting for me. I think Lafferty will be in the team somewhere too but I just hope it's not left wing. Whoever's in the team doesn't matter - they are there for the taking. I wish it was Sunday now(Probably something to do with having to work tomorrow too:) -
Yip North Stand Loyal Can't wait. Seems to be taking forever this week. Bring them on
-
Great result for Pool. I actually watched the Chelski game. From the highlights later on it seemed to be the better game of the too. Gav I agree re Drogba's free kick - wasn't conclusive whether it was over the line or not. Hard to tell. I think Chelsea just deserved it overall although Juve put up a decent fight. Mon the Roma and Inter tonight :fish:
-
Over to you - Mr Smith. T o not even have had a sniff is ridiculous. How long has he been back from injury now? There's only one problem for Walter Stevie Smith is a left back who actually wants to play left back :box:
