I'll openly admit I had my doubts before he signed but now I have to eat my words, his work ethic has been superb, not only has he had a hand in most of the goals we've scored this season but his defending has been immense aswell and is always willing to track back.

Hemdani is one of our best players, his job isn't pretty to do but is very important for us. Fergie and him have formed a great partnership and shouldn't be split up.

A little bit worried about the next tie, if the old Red Star Belgrade (Can't spell or pronounce their new name) make it through to play us it could be tough. I remember them hammering us about 12 or 15 years ago, 3-0 over there and we only drew 1-1 at Ibrox. Think they had a legendary player or two back then; Darko Pancev and Robert Prosinecki. Times change though !

With Sunderland probably only wanting to consolidate their place in the Premiership this season I think we'll see the best of Craig Gordon because lets face it, they'll be underdogs in most matches and he'll be tested a lot. This can only be good for the Scotland national team.

I really can't see Septic winning against Spartak, they play on an artificial pitch which Septic won't have time to prepare for..........ha ha !! Artmedia all over again !

If he does decide to play for us then fair enough but he can't come thinking he'll walk into the team, we've a lot of young talent coming through so he will need to fight for his place nevertheless.

Obviously we'll gain a lot of this back if we reach the Champions league group stages BUT.................I spotted some pretty tough teams that we could get if we get past Zeta so a little bit worrying, hopefully we will be seeded in the next round.

I wonder could he play at left back if needed. I can see why Alan Hutton's nose was out of joint last night and he was committing all these needless fouls, he's no doubt gutted that Walter is showing no faith in him.

Would have to agree although a personal favourite of mine is the Marco Van Basten volley for Holland against USSR in 88. I still quite often sit back and watch my Italia 90 video. Some cracking goals on that.

OK the season cannot come any sooner. Just read the Rangers News from front to back and wow bring it on. Already got both Champions League matches off work so here we go. The whole squad is apparently in good shape fitness wise and even the reserves coming through the ranks eg, Stevie Lennon, Dean Furman and John Fleck sound exciting. I think this could be a great season.

Not heard of him although I have heard that we have also signed a 16 year old called John Fleck on schoolboy terms. Now that's a familiar surname, I wonder if his dad is the famous Robert Fleck ????

This can only be good for Scotland that Anderson will be playing in the premiership. As much as I hated him in an Aberdeen strip he's still a decent defender and isn't scared to play for the jersey.

It's only a matter of time before the yanks become one of the best footballing nations. They have the money for the setups and the advertising along with the stadiums. I guess all they have to do is persuade the crowds. I've noticed a rise in their attendances last season during the MLS season. I think if we keep a link with their league we could do well from it.

Still gutted we lost Scott Brown, Chrissy Burke can still do a job, he needs to cut out the diving and put some muscle on though to stop him getting pushed off the ball so easily.
