Bisgrove is in a strange position in that his job is to take as much money from us fans as he can. Given that, hats off to him for sitting down with H&H and giving a decent interview. On MyGers, I got the impression that this isn't a loyalty platform, but is based on how much you spend overall (the more you spend, the better chance you have of getting a ticket). Now, to me, a loyalty scheme would see those daft punters who travelled to Elgin, Dumfries, Peterhead etc getting first dibs on tickets, but I digress. With a commercial income of £8M when he took over, getting anywhere close to £30M takes some going, so credit where credit is due (taken in isolation). There have been a few commercial disasters in that time, but I'm assuming Bisgrove has to have these signed off, so he is not solely to blame. What we've heard over the last week or so, from Bosgrove, Bennett and Robertson is a lot off "promises" - now they have to deliver on them. You can excuse the scepticism of some given the "mixed messages" and "misinformation" received over the last year or so (which the OP touches on).

Did I read that after the Bennet and Robertson published interviews, Rangers pulled follow-up interviews?

Well it was nice to hear from Mr Bennnet and he talked quite a lot but never really said much. Well apart from saying all "pillars" are now operating how they want them to. I note the Stewart Robertson has also been speaking to Rangers Review regarding our finances but not listened to the interview as yet. Hopefully this is just the beginning of "fan engagement" and we see / hear more from thr board.
