Don't know if he still has it but at one time,I have been told from a more than reliable source,McInnes had a room in his house totally decorated and devoted to his time with Rangers.If this is still the case he is the man for us.

Fair to crticise if you want but unless you were at game you would not have noticed the quality of his play on tuesday,tackling,passing,interceptions even shots from him being blocked. Maybe Murty will find a way to use him and Dorrans properly.

It's not a case of being sorry to see anyone go but that at the moment the squad is "threadbare"and if further decimated before next window it doesn't bear thinking about.

Have not a clue and as I said many posts ago on some thread the job is a poisoned chalice with the hatred towards us. Would actually think of trying Graeme Murty again.

PR wise it would be a good move but having respect of players is a possible no-no as many of our squad may not even know who he is,but again that might be true of any new appointee.

Pedro obviously has no man-management skills and indeed seems to "dictatorial" in the way he handles staff. To me the players are now just going through the motions and have no respect for him,despite what they say when interviewed. HE HAS TO GO A.S.A.P.

Guessing games and conjecture will just have to wait for anything being announced officially.

My assessment of the team and who I think should go/keep. Foderingham a good keeper improving all the time and should realise a good sell on value,keep as long as we can. Tavernier was alright in the Championship but has lost his way, sell IMO McCrorie a developing talent keep. Cardoso a decent player keep. Alves flatters to deceive not what I expected of this signing,send on his way. John get him in if we can. Wallace could make an interesting combination with John,keep. Candieas a good winger but not a penalty taker,keep. Holt industrious worth keeping. Jack will be good for us if he stops "red mist" moments,keep. Dorrans yet to show full potential,keep. Pena enough sai get rid of. Windass has had too many chances,get rid of. Morelos scoring touch will come back,keep. Herrera jury still out undecided on this one. Hodson good cover player,keep. Miller/Krancjar experienced players and should be used to their abilities when required. Nemane back to Man City asap. Others who get a game can be assessed when and if.

Same situation with Windass so no difference at least Pena was not even in squad which was a bonus as when he and Windass both start we are two men down.

Very good we caught up one point on the sheep but the thugs from Sunday are now above us having won tonight even more demoralising.

I am a wee bit confused I thought Pedro was confined to the stand,but I suppose he used a "runner or radio" to carry out instructions if so his leadership tonight was atrocious and serious thought must be given to his tenure.

Just in from another frustrating night. Two pass marks Holt and Foddy.Said to person sitting next to me that I couldn't believe how far back we were staring to sit with 20 minutes to go as you don't try to defend a one goal lead. Could not believe that the referee allowed so much chat back at penalty,a few yellow cards would have sorted it out. Must be worst penalty i Have ever seen taken since I stated following Gers in 1963. The captain??? should have taken it as he is supposed to be so experienced but as he shows no leadership or organising skills it is no surprise he did not. The Manager has to sort out his players and end personality dispute as whether many on here like it or not Miller is needed in team. Nemane is another loanee who shows nothing and should be sent back to Man City asap. I dread to think what will happen on Saturday.Something drastic has to be done but I have no solution. I believe Jack received a yellow in first half hence sending off for second yellow this being pointed out by 4th official but can't be sure.

The bottom line is Pena is garbage and offers nothing as said we need someone to support Morelos through the centre of attack,so formation needs to be 4-4-2 to be effective.

Everybody employed at the top of the SPL and SFA has to go they have totally proved how one-sided and corrupt they are.

Okay we have our thoughts thanks but Windass and Pena leave us with a nine man team if they play.

No doubt he is but at least it highlights what happened,after all the Well manager "saw nothing wrong with his team and tactics"

With regard to long balls I have posted on the Morelos thread regarding this. An interesting thought I have is not to use Hodson at LB but to bring Beerman back in and move John into the position Windass is holding.Also I would drop Windass and Pena from squad for Wednesday and bring Miller back in as I believe he is the one man who would have rolled up his sleeves and showed the on field leadership we lacked on Sunday.

Using Morelos as a long ball outlet is no use he needs a partner up front or his goal scoring attributes could be lost.What is happening here and now reminds of McCoist bringing back the prolific scorer that was Boyd and using him in a long ball receiving situation which resulted in Boyd getting slated unfairly as that is not his type of game. With the heart of a lion no doubt Morelos will continue to give his all but at the moment his attributes are being destroyed.

I agree with many points and although I think Pedro is now not the answer I have a deep anger to the suits and ties at the top regarding their complete silence in this situation that we are in.Not one of them seems to have the guts to come out with an explanation to the fans.
