Could also be seen as a positive if the board thought they had enough votes now they would have made it as quick as possible so as King had as little as possible time to influence people.

Personally I think in this interview he is saying "Fuck you I don't give a shit what you throw in my face I will not be leaving" I actually quite like that. Only to the EGM of course then other decisions have to be made.

It looks to me that they are keeping 2 places in hand for after the EGM as two places are linked to the 5 mill. loan. Even if DK clears the whole board then they will still be able to install 2 members until the loan is paid back. If the bears have a majority then they might not be able to change things but it will be 2 pair of ears for MA.

Thanks for your input mate. I hope us getting rid of Ashley gives you guy's fresh impetus to put up a fight against him. It will obviously be far more difficult as he has your team tied up lock stock and barrel. Good luck.

I believe he also said it was not certain Ashely would get any money back depending on a forensic report.

Patience is a virtue. He can't do anything until the EGM and that is in the hands of the board.

It is what we wanted to hear but it would be stupid to do otherwise. All depends if he has 51% or not. He reckoned 55-45 but said if he failed he would buy another 5% and start again.

Until they get on the board they are pissing against the wind. Sometimes working in silence is better. Would they have got those shares so easy if they were blabbing their mouths off in the papers every day. They should be seen as pro-active and not reactive.

I guess that will keep happening as he lives in SA. I guess most of his work will be video conferences.

That is why I said the other day that King would be better keeping quiet until just before the EGM unless he really has some mountain moving information to deal out. It is strange he has been in Britain for a few days now contacting people and now he has an announcement. Hopefully some good news.
