  1. Agree on both points. Edu motm and what a respect I have for Alexander. Doesn't moan about not getting games and when he is needed he stands like a house.

    Young Ness

He will be a certainty for Wednesday as we will be playing with a 5 man midfield.
  3. My sentiments exactly.
  4. Agree totally. God help us.

    Young Ness

I have no problem with him being rested now and again he is still young. A few weeks ago we were plighting for young players to get 10 or 20 minutes and now we aren't happy at him getting rested for a game when we know he is going to be a much used player over the next few weeks. Come on guy's we know he will be a fast pick soon(I have to say if we can keep him) so let's not go berserk when he misses out on a game.
  6. I just can't believe how far we have sunk. Even I am starting to think Mr Bain may come chapping on my door. If Healy is the best we can come up with then maybe it is time to turn the lights out and close the doors. God how that hurts to even think it.
  7. I know that the Dutch system expected 750.000 subscribers at this time and they are not getting near that only having 400.000. One of the biggest problems is that you start with no subscribers but the clubs need the money right away. 60 mill was promised to the clubs in the first year. The television makers endemol paid a piece of that but a large piece of it had to be borrowed from? Yes you guessed of course The bank of Scotland. The economy crisis also hit the station hard as it did everyone. There are all sorts of new services being made though with downloading highlights to your I-phone an example. Where the Dutch have an advantage over Scotland is that we have here more digital tv and Internet providers to sell to whereas in Scotland Sky have a stranglehold on digital tv. To be honest i have my doubts if Scotland could get enough subscribers to support their own channel. For many it would be an extra cost as they would want to keep sky for the English football. I would love to see it but I think the product is too weak and Sky have too much of a stranglehold on British tv.
  8. Half expect is looking a bit conservative at this minute in time.
  9. I think the biting incident was a one of thing and came about because, I think it was Landzaat, stood intentionally on his foot pushing his studs in. I wouldn't really say he is normally that hot headed. He has much improved as a player but was and sometimes still is very greedy. 24 mill is crazy imo but you always get what a fool is willing to pay. He can certainly turn a game and scores some fantastic goals. The unfortunate thing about him is that he dives at every opportunity which will not go down well in England. He is small handy and good on the ball. He can go past players and score good goals but as i said 24mill is a lot of money if you ask me. PS. He moans all the time as well
  10. All the commentators are saying the delay lies with a lack of information from MIH to the accountants of Whyte. Whyte cannot speak out until he has no more interest I believe, so any information would have to come from Rangers. We both know what that means. No information
  11. Is Whyte a chancer or are the waters of Ibrox so murky that even a hippopotamus would give it a body swerve?
  12. I have ere-divisie live but if i can't watch it at my home address then I can ask them for a code so that I can watch it via the internet.
  13. Craig could you not ask for an in log code before you left Bermuda?
  14. Whats your thoughts guys, can this work.
  15. This is now coming up to the time where agents and managers start throwing unwanted players at you. The top price for them will no longer be paid. There are bargains but a whole lot of dross. We have fallen for a lot of dross in the past so maybe no news is good news.
  16. While he may not have been the most technical player to play left back I am afraid I can't name any other name than John Greig. I can't remember much of Caldow who was my fathers favourite. Technically Numan was far superior but the whole presence of Greig just sticks out in my mind.
  17. To be honest Jelavic should have walked. He was very stupid to make a head movement. I saw it coming and was screaming Noooo even before it happened. You could just see it in his reaction that he was going do something stupid.
  18. Okay i will do Sunday.
  19. I think i am the forgetful culprit. Very embarrassing as i entered my own name. I really shouldn't have put my name on a midweek game when i have morning shift as they knock the hell out of me. Thanks for covering Frankie. I will do Sunday for you or the Motherwell game after it if you want. I hold my head in shame.
  20. Reid or any journalist did not put Rangers 70mill in the red. Nor did they think up ways for us to dodge paying taxes(If proven) That hole was dug by Rangers or Murray or other Rangers executives. We cannot blame everyone for the holes we dig for ourselves. There are issue's where your scenario is correct but not on financial issue's.
  21. Sky are known to be unforgiving after the toonarmy joke of a few years ago so i suppose both should have been more careful. They are also pundits so they really have to be seen as unbiased to make their remarks believable. In saying that it is very harsh to fire someone for one mistake unless they have been warned before.
  22. Hopefully this is Bullshit but it was said on here he would probably end up with them.
  23. Can we afford a half-million jammy dodgers?
  24. I would imagine that Rangers FC made the payments to Rangers FC employees therefore the HMRC has an issue with Rangers and not with MIH.
  25. I can only say that I hope you are right. I fear there is too much smoke without fire.
